Well according to DCL the cruise doc should be going out tomorrow or Friday via UPS. I could only wonder, if we were able to post 4 pages this afternoon, how many are we going to use when our doc come...

When I looked at it yesterday, most of the forecast projections were all pointing into the gulf. As you can see now, a lot of them are pointing north, along the same path Hanna is expected to take. Also Hanna's looking more and more like it may stay offshore. If the trend for the rest of the season is they turn north, that would be a very good thing.

I'm on the east edge of Somerset, right off of Route 27. Throw a rock across the street and it will land in North Brunswick. I work in Piscataway on Hoes La., so we all head for the hills when RU is playing at home, on a weekday. I actually drive across the campus to get to work. Hope Monday night is not what the rest of the season is going to look like.

Also Hanna's looking more and more like it may stay offshore. If the trend for the rest of the season is they turn north, that would be a very good thing.

I am hoping I have an email in the morning that straightens it all out. Or we can really drive the servers crazy ans sit where ever we want!!!! Last year the late seating was so empty there were tons of empty tables.

We are staying at AKL after the cruise. when will you be there? I was wondering if any one knew how to make reservations for the safari's from the hotel.

We are staying there also, and I believe you have to be staying concierge to book the safaris. We were given the option a while ago with our concierge reservation, but declined because we are not going into the parks except MNSSHP. Give the hotel a call and see if they have any openings.

Well its official Gram is not going with us. But its for the better. We have the option of either leaving her on the reservation(I called MS today and was told its considered a cancel and re-book so we would lose 50% of all points and cash, and then have to rebook to take her off) or to just change the name on the reservation for $35. I think we are going to change the name, we have asked my dad and are waiting for a response, otherwise Tim's other Grandma may go. I have to decide by tomorrow.

Yes, then it will be your turn to buy!!! It will be kind of cool to run into people in the hotel we know. Are you doing the safari's? This may sound stupid but what's a concierge room? We are only staying until Sunday. So far our youngest and his girlfriend are coming down Thursday night if their college classes allow. It will be his 20th birthday and we would love to do something special.

We are flying...and No they don't change names but southwest doesnt charge a change fee, so the airfare has actually gone down a little since we first purchased it. We are getting real lucky on this one...Otherwise we will have a credit for her airfare.

The Animal Kingdom Lodge Concierge area is located on the 6th floor of the Lodge. As you exit the elevator, a large, open area serves as the Concierge Lounge, and overlooks the lobby. Of all the Concierge Lounges we've seen, this one probably has the best view of them all.
The "Meet & Greet" for Concierge Guests is handled differently at this resort. Bell Services actually performs the meet & greet. Welcome Packets for concierge guests are kept at Bell Services, and if a credit card was put on the room at the time of reservation (and if the room is ready), your keys will be waiting there as well. Bell Services will escort you up to the floor, and if necessary, take you to the concierge desk to check in.


As with all Concierge lounges, the hours of operation here are from 6:30AM to 10:00PM with the Concierge Desk being staffed from 7:00AM to 10:00PM.

This was taken from another website, but basically its a little bit extra of service along with a lounge that has continental breakfast, snacks, hors d'oeuvers, evening cocktails, and beverages. They also have daily maid service even while staying on points, and nightly turn down service. Just some little extra added touches.

Well that model makes it look like it is coming for me in WPB instead.... Oh well.... As if Fay wasn't enough already. I am actually going to Charleston tomorrow afternoon to help my husband out as a SAT truck Operator for CBS News for there coverage of Hannah.... I guess I am a glutten for punishment...

Good Morning all...Can everyone send some PD and prayers our way! We may have had a big change to our cruise plans yesterday. Tim's grandma fell and broke her hip, shes going to have surgery later this week or early next, and we are unsure if she is going to be able to make the cruise. She says shes going, but the Dr said he'd recommend her not to go, but would allow her if she agreed to stay in the wheelchair. Tim and I feel responsible because she was taking Lauren to school when she fell. At this point we are just worried that she will be ok, thats the most important thing, the rest will fall into place. So we now have a 4 yr old addition to my dental office...Lauren is the new little helper for a few weeks til we sort all of this out! I'm just glad that I am able to bring her with me, and they understand that its an emergency.

Well...off to finish the work I left yesterday when all of this happened...Hope everyones Wednesday is wonderful!

I am spending tons and tons of PD your way!!! I am sooooo sorry to hear about your husbands grandmas injury.... I read your later posts as well and I am sorry she won't be able to make it with you on the trip. I do hope that someone will come and be able to enjoy it with you and your family....
