WOW!
I was the 2nd post on this thread yesterday. Stayed on the computer for a little while and then forced myself to get off and get some work done around the house.
I check in today and I have 21 pages to get through to get caught up. I have just spent WAY TOO MUCH time on here today.
Rather than commenting on each of the posts individually I will just say

Aboard to Everyone!!!!
My DS is also a Boy Scout. He crossed over from Cub Scouts back in March. He started as a Tiger so we have been involved for many years also.
My DD is a Daisy Scout. This is her 2nd year.
At the time of the cruise, DS will be 12 and DD will be 7.
As you can see from my signature we were on the SSMC09 with Sue and family, Marsha and family, Monika and Michael, and many other great people who I will miss on this cruise. But, it looks like we have a great group already. It's going to be hard to keep up with all the posts they way you all chat.
Sue - Count me in for the Sunrise Club. I told you all I was definitely joining you this time.
I'm not sure if you did this for the SSMC10, but is anyone planning on requesting seating together for dinner? Ot at least on the same rotation?
The SSMC09 was my first cruise and I did not sign up since I was travelling with my 2 kids. I was worried about making other people sit with children that may not have wanted to. Everyone told me not to worry about it but I still wasn't so sure. Well, once we got to dinner that first night I understood why they said not to worry about it. You will be seated with someone else either way so it minds well be with people you have gotten to know. We were fortunate to be sitting with a very nice family.
If anyone is interested let me know and I would be happy to coordinate. I have no idea what would need to be done but I can always check with Flo who coordinated it for the SSMC09 cruise. ( I wouldn't be surprised if she replies to this posting since she has already posted on this thread and she is not even booked for the cruise

)
FYI for those in the Jersey area, we live on the Jersey side of the Del Mem Bridge.
We will also participate in a Fish Extender Exchange. The kids loved that last time.
Okay, I better sign off for now. I still have to get to Dicks' Sporting Goods today for new bike pedals and a tire tube for DS's bike. His scout group is camping near Gettysburg next weekend and they are doing a biking tour of the battlefield and area. He needs a spare bike tube just in case and I need to replace his pedals. I am not sure if he wiped out or what but both pedals are broken and he hasn't even had it a year.
Take care and have a great week everyone!!
Lisa
