As a part of my trip report I have an email ready to go to DCL about the cruise. The email is not totally negative, it starts out by giving kudos to a few cast members that made our cruise fantastic, up to and including the guy that was singing tunes in the quiet cove. Then I hit them with my complaints, I have a few things to add to it yet, I will post a copy here as well.

Glad to hear it! It's nice to give trip reports, but it's also great to give DCL feedback. :thumbsup2

Both, I'm just trying to get in the important stuff without sounding too much like I am whining.
Sounds like a great plan! I hope they take note of it before we go in September... :rolleyes1

Yes it was worth the price. We also did the Wine Pairing with the dinner and Shawn got to touch the $25000 bottle of wine they have. The food was awesome and I tried some things that I would have nev tried otherwise.

I'm seriously considering trying to get a reservation. I figure I have the two cruises to try to get in, right?

Remy sounds great!

You have a choice of 2 "directions". The american side (which are dishes created by Scott Hunnel @ Victoria & Alberts) and the french side.

...or pick and choose each of the 5 courses you want from their entire offerings.

Terrie, Milford, & I went french (terrie & I had the stuff that scott hunnel makes @ VA, so we tried the french menu). Shawn went with Scott Hunnel's direction

Did you get enough to eat? :rotfl2: I keep looking at the menu and it almost all looks good.

Wow! That sounds promising!

It shouldn't be a problem getting ressie for it. It wasn't extremely busy at all and there's a "chef's table" section that wasn't booked at all.

Of course after the meal, the ladies got red roses...so of course I complained and Elise (our awesome server, and Sebastian - our sommolier) got Milford & I both pink roses; After that, ALL the men in REMY got pink roses. :lmao:

HAHAHAHA! You should be able to manage one I would think!

I'm toast, and off to bed I go... Sleep tight all! :cloud9:

You wouldn't think the "small" portions of food would fill you up, but 3 hours after we sat down @ REMY, we were stuffed and full of wine (I opted out) and Elise hooked me up with 2 desserts :goodvibes
