Disney Collection - Disneyland Paris - Booking fee

So we're thinking of using our points to book at Disneyland Paris.
I do notice that the point chart specifies a 95$ fee per confirmed reservation.

I'm *assuming* that means that if I'm reserving 3 rooms for my family, I have to pay 95$x3 (as opposed to me booking 3 rooms at once being considered "one reservation" and only being charged 95). But I wanted to be sure.

Depending on when you are going it may be worth looking to see what an Interval exchange into the Marriott nearby would take—or for that matter what the cash getaway price there would be.

Please have a look at the cash prices first. Last time I checked, the points per night rate was terrible and the cash rates included tickets.

Are you eligible to buy MMB? If you have MMB, that $95 fee will be waived. If you don’t already have it, it costs $99, but it would waive all three $95 fees.
