I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving. We did here. I love having everyone over but I'm glad they're all gone now (don't tell). DH went to bed since he works tomrrow. I've got the leftovers put away and dishwasher load #1 ready to go. I finished my piece of pumpkin pie and am having a glass of peppermint Kahalua - good stuff. DS #1 just texted me some things he saw in the black friday ads, guess I'd better check it out and see if it's worth me getting up early. I don't mind going as long as I'm alone - setting my own pace and not listening to anyone ***** about the lines, traffic. etc.

Hey Terri!! I hear ya about the Black Friday. My DH is already in bed, sleeping in the guest bedroom. He is getting up at 2am to go to Best Buy to get a Blu Ray Player for like $59 or something. We are also going to by an LCD Flat Screen tomorrow!!! There are some good deals out there, just hate getting up so early. Good luck. I totally understand about wanting to go alone.

Oh my ... I've heard horror stories about Best Buy and Black Friday's. I've never tried to shop there - I just look at the line as I drive by. Good luck on the Blu Ray and have fun with the flat screen.

A piece of home made apple blueberry pie, a piece of Angel pie (Pecan Meringue crust filled with chocolate mousse), a home made piece of one of the 2 best cheesecakes in the world, and a frozen pumpkin custard / caramel pecan sundae... I just managed to move enough to post this and wish everybody a good night!

We had a great day thank you. Always a good time with family. Hope yours was good as well. I did relax a bit later in the evening. After everyone left we took a drive and looked at decorations.

We arrived to the inlaws for dinner to find family with the stomach flu and strep throat. Do these people not realize we are going on vacation the day after tomorrow! Ugh! Now I have to load everyone up on Vitamin C and zinc and pray for the best. Ugh!

Happy Thanksgiving all! Hope everyone had a great day! DS13 and I are headed off to Walmart in a couple of hours in search of jeans for him. The boy has no pants left that he hasn't grown out of or destroyed. And he can't really walk around Disneyland in his pajamas next week.

Tomorrow is a full day of packing and cleaning. So, I'm not sure if I'll be around. If not, hope everyone has a great weekend and week!

Happy post turkey day
Just got back from work,(11:45 pm, PST) to see that

1) Walmart is open with lines up the wazoo,
2) there are already LINES forming in front of Best Buy, Target and Fry's electronics,
3) There are long lines at the outlets
4)The Westfield Mall is already open
5) Toys R us is open
6) Starbucks is having a "buy one get one free coffee special" at 6:00 am...

Have fun shopping! I'm prolly going to check out stuff for the FE exchange...
