Good Morning Everyone!

Yes, it's Saturday, and yes I'm up too early! DH had to leave already to put finishing touches on his prep for the fall festival at his work. So I, like the good DW, got up and had coffee with him. Now I have to wait about an hour and then wake up DS because he's going out to the camp to work the haunted barn. I don't do scary!

But my heart is really already up and getting ready to walk!! For the past five years, I have walked in the 3Day Walk for the Cure (4 times in Philly and once in DC). I don't know if any of you have heard about it or if it is run in a city near you - but it is the most rewarding event I have ever participated in - EVER! You walk 60 miles in 3 days on a marked route thru suburb and city, then camp overnight inbetween. It is a fantastic experience - tough on the feet - but worth every blister! We dress up in crazy pink-ness and walk to find a cure. The event usually raises over $5 million each year in each city. I didn't walk this year because one of my teammates - my fabulous niece - had a baby in June and we didn't want to push things. Our Team name is "Team Tit 4 Tat".

I'm really missing being out there!
