To all my Indiana friends............I took my class on a field trip to County Line Orchard in Hobart today!!! I should have told you to stop by so we could sit and discuss Disney!! Oh well, next year. Honestly, I was a little worried about running into the "Beehive Shooter".

That's where I live!! They are soooo expensive there! (The same family that owns Luke Oil owns the Orchard...they've made some great improvements to it but they've also bumped up the prices of everything) But it's a really neat place to visit (once a year) Did the kids get to ride the MooChoo Train? Did they go out in the pumpkin patch? Or do the maze? The donuts are the best there!!! YUM!!!! You were close on the name, the shooter is the "Honeybee Shooter". His truck was found in Valparaiso (about 15 miles East of Hobart) and there haven't been any reports of him anywhere since the 5th. That whole situation is just so sad and scary!!

OH heck no!! I just manage the area and let kids shoot and stuff. Lilly ended up in 14th place. I was a little disappointed. It was just a popularity contest, I think. She was a LOT cuter than some of the kids who placed before her. Oh well, aren't all moms biased???? 14 out of 6000 isn't too shabby.

Which is the best unit to say at while at OKW??? I noticed there are a lot of different buildings to choose from

The first couple of times we stayed there, we were near the main building (check-in, pool, restaurant, etc). I never knew it went so far back until last time. If there is an option, I would request closer to the main building, which has a bus stop, or at very least near a bus stop unless you will be driving to the parks.

I like to stay a OKW when we are traveling with our oldest daughter (total of 4 adults and 2 children), because they have the largest rooms for the price/points. And/or your are driving, because you can park right in front of your room.

Wow, finally home after running around all day with part-time jobs and mom's house! It's a rainy and nasty day here in Jersey! Very glad to be home. DS wasn't thrilled about playing his soccer game in the pouring rain - but tis the nature of the game!
