Reporting live from Walt Disney World Resort! We have arrived and are checked in, room is ready at OKW. Now grabbing a quick bite at Olivia's Cafe. The Riesling is nice (it's 5 o'clock somewhere), conch fritters are yummy and 2 slices of Key Lime Pie on the way. Dessert is too good to share!

OHHHH - I'm so jealous! We love Olivia's. We have one of the pictures hanging out there in the entry way to the restaurant! Gotta have their buttermilk fried chicken.

which area is your room in at okw terrie?

We are on Miller Drive in building 17 room is 1714. This one is not refurbished yet. Last time we stayed he we got a re-furbed room.

What if they were offering to carry you cleopatra syptyle over the water? While fanning you and feeding you grapes, of course.

OH heck no!! I just manage the area and let kids shoot and stuff. Lilly ended up in 14th place. I was a little disappointed. It was just a popularity contest, I think. She was a LOT cuter than some of the kids who placed before her. Oh well, aren't all moms biased???? 14 out of 6000 isn't too shabby.

Well we haven't decided where to stay after the cruise, but there are quite a few of us that have decided to stay on The Dream for the the 3 days before and have turned it into a B2B cruise. That's always an option

Before the cruise? Room 7006 On Disney Dream.
After the cruise? Haven't decided. We'll book OKW for now and then at the 7 month mark we may change it to BLT if we can get in there.

Sympatico what?! First time with carbs in forever for me too, JUST ate pizza (ok so not even close to your tastey goodness of conch fritters - JEALOUS). My food coma is not so good, wishing I didn't have it. Wishing I had me some TASTEY conch fritters! hehe

Wally just saw this and asked what we were doing. We will book at AKV at 11 months and then try to switch to BLT. If a bunch are at BLT again we should do another TOTWL fireworks meet. Last time was fun. Hopefully we will get in this time. If not Shawn is going to have to step in and pull another Mission Impossible LOL
