He was really sweet and also mentioned that if I had coupons for Joanne's that they would take those coupons as well. So, I had to go pick up more supplies for my FE gifts today.
Have to give some props to Walmart here. I bought something there yesterday and didn't notice the huge tear in the bag that my stuff was put in. When I got the bags out of the car at home, I noticed that the bag was torn and one of my items wasn't in the bag.
I went back to the store and asked if it was found at the register or turned in and it hadn't been. It had to have been lost between the register and my car. They replaced it for me at no charge to me. It was only an $8 item, so it wasn't a huge deal for them.
When I went to Michaels, I asked at the register about the teacher discount they were advertising and if it applied to homeschoolers. He said it did and I asked what kind of proof they needed. He said that there wasn't really anything that homeschoolers had as a rule and if I said that I was a homeschool mom he'd take my word for it because I had an honest face. LOL I love it when places don't make me jump through hoops to prove that we homeschool! So, I got an extra 15% off my bag of goodies!
So, I had some great customer service today! It was almost like being at Disney!
