I've packed my FE gifts but no clothes yet. I know I'm slacking...I usually do pack about a month ahead of time. But a couple years ago I packed two months ahead of time and then I kept unpacking and re packing because I kept forgetting what I had packed.

Kind of - I've starting to put things in the extra bedroom that we'll be taking when I come across them. This week-end I plan on doing more, like trying on stuff to see if it fits.

I started packing when we got back from BLT in Christmas, we got our paper work in the mail today. Bill

Debbie and Terri that happens here too I try to do the packing without help because then I know whats in there. We also use our spare bedroom to leave the suitcases as their packed. Its so exciting now as we get closer!

It's really fun. They have a great parade and fireworks that are Halloween based. You don't have to dress up (usually we just wear a MNSSHP t-shirt) but we'll probably use our Pirate costumes from the cruise. Everybody does the trick or treating - not just the kids! It's a blast!!!

That must be nice. We are NOT equal opportunity packers. I pack for me & the kids at least a week before. Then Junior packs for himself the night before.

Ok...I must confess...I'm afraid he's going to forget to pack something, so I guess I TAKE OVER the packing responsibility. However, I'm the one who forgot to pack an extra shirt for DS once when we went out of town overnight. Yeah, ONE NIGHT...I only had to pack ONE SHIRT. How did I miss that?!

So....I go to pick up DD from daycare today. They tell me to bring home her blanket and pillow and wash it because a child was sent home with lice. GGRRRRRR!!!!! I chose this really expensive daycare instead of the crappy cheap YMCA to avoid this type of situation!!!!!!!!

Now I feel like MY head is itching!
