I've done enough planning for THIS portion of our vacation, I don't know if I could plan much more.

I haven't been on RC myself but my DD (19) went recently and said that, in her opinion, the food and entertainment were on a par with Carnival but far inferior to Disney.

We've done RC once and CC once. We liked the food and entertainment better on RC than CC and agree that both were inferior to Disney.
