Good night all, I need my beauty rest. Happy DREAMs!

Debbie, Junior, Brandon, and Emilee....

I am so sorry to hear about Pooh Bear. I hope you are all hanging in there. I know it is so hard. Thanks for posting all those amazing pics, I loved them. Pooh Bear was a part of your life for so long and I know she will be missed. Hang in there and hugs to you all!!:lovestruc

Thank you Kelly! It's been rough so far...we're looking forward to a couple weeks from now when we're used to the emptiness in the house. I know that may sound strange, but that's just how it feels. :sad1:

Jason's called in "sick" several times when we've lost a pet or when one was seriously ill. Honestly, with his job, they don't really want him there being that distracted either.

I would, but I need to save all my sick time. When we became the new company in April we were told our vacation time would be grandfathered in based on the vacation time we had accumulated with our previous company. Well....they lied. We only have 54 hours of vacation time. I've already used three vacation days and I'm taking EIGHT days off for this September vacation. So I need to use sick days and my two personal days. Not quite sure how that's going to work yet. I was supposed to have two weeks....and just before we switched companies I asked if I could be grandfathered in at my original hire date (I had been laid off for over a year so I had a new hire date when I came back). They gave me approval to use my original hire date, so really I should have THREE weeks of vacation. I'm happy to just have a job, so I'll wait till January to see what happens with my vacation time.

Sounds good! When and where are we doing our DISmeet? :rotfl2:

Well...it seems like they're having a hard time finding a time that works for everyone because the bride & groom aren't available at 3:00 on embarkation day. I'm just sitting back and watching them try to plan a time. I've done enough planning for THIS portion of our vacation, I don't know if I could plan much more. :lmao:

Cruise question - there is a semi-formal night, right? Does everyone dress up?

Yes, there is a Semi-formal night. Not EVERYONE dresses up. And DCL doesn't enforce the Semi-Formal dress.

 It was her first bath. I think it was in a sink at our apartment when we first moved out.

Yep...at the apartment where we weren't supposed to have pets. So she stayed the night with us sometimes and stayed the night at my mom's down the street sometimes.

I do post over there, but only a tiny fraction of what I've posted here. :thumbsup2

Ditto!

We are just home from celebrating our 29th anniversary...

We went to Brennans and boy did they treat us right:cool1:

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!!!!!
