Actually after just a few minutes of all of that, they started cleaning the bedroom and she was out in the living room. Now they're all sitting nice and quiet in the living room, watching something....not sure what it is....it's not the Disney Channel. Wow, honey, did you know our TV has other channels than the Disney Channels?!

Well, my brother must be having a good time because he said he might only stay an hour because his pain has been so bad lately. That was 2 1/2 hours ago. I'm so glad...he NEVER gets out to ANY social events.

There is also HGTV and Food. Apparently nothing else ...

Aww! I saw your pictures on Facebook. The cake looked so pretty! I don't understand that whole cake concept....the couple spends hundreds of dollars on the perfect cake and an hour into the reception that beautiful piece of "art" is taken apart and cut into a hundred little pieces.

There is a lot I have never understood about weddings. Bridesmaids dresses that can only be worn once ... the cake thing ...

The cake was very tasty though!

There is a lot I have never understood about weddings. Bridesmaids dresses that can only be worn once ... the cake thing ...

The cake was very tasty though!

Oh yeah, the one time use bridesmaids dresses!! HOWEVER, I was in a wedding once that the dress could have been used for a semi-formal or even formal night on the cruise. I was so excited about that! UNTIL one of the chairs at the reception had some rusty spots on it and it ripped a nice big hole in the dress. And this reception was at a really nice golf course! I would have expected chairs in better condition at a golf course club house! Oh well....it was my BFF's wedding and I had a blast anyway. (We left the reception and drove to WDW too!)

To top the day ... it was the father of the Bride's birthday today!

Hmmmm...so on his birthday he gave his daughter away?! Well I hope he likes his son in law....I guess that would make a decent b-day present.

As a guy, we have remember only 2 dates. Her birthday and our wedding anniversary. If we show up with the unprompted suck up gift on those 2 days, we are good.

If we show up with unprompted suck up gifts AND a card on those 2 days, we are GOLDEN
