Mary,

Thanks for posting your pictures! It gives me new ideas. It is the first time I have sean any ones.

Glad you liked mine. I did not know if they were good and you are a seasoned scrapbooker.

How are you feeling today?

Take care and have a great day.

Good Morn, ummmm, afternoon everybody. Been busy this morning cleaning and stuff and finally got a chance to take a break.

Flo and Mary - thank you for posting your scrapbook pages. They are both neat. It is always fun to see what others have done.

Flo - thanks for the great shots of Castaway Cay. God I wish I were there right now. I am so sick of winter :headache: it is driving me crazy!!!!! :dance3:

Bruce - glad to hear your MIL is getting better and that your son is doing well in the Disney College program. Like you said, wish I was younger and able to earn my ears. That would be so cool. I am hopeful that my daughters will be able to get into a program like that. We still have a few years since they are only a sophomore and seventh grader. But, time will fly by way tooooo fast.

Mike - glad you are able to join in. We are arriving in Florida Saturday afternoon and we are going down to Melbourne to a Hilton we have stayed at before and are hopefull our friends that live in Sebastian will be able to come up and see us. I know it is further south than most like to travel but we love it down there that whenever we get the chance, we go. The hotel is right on the ocean with a beautiful view (Plus it is free on my DH's Hilton's honors points!) Plus I love to stop at Ron Jon's before the cruise. It is such a fun place to walk around. Where ever you stay though, it will be great because you are in Florida and going on a cruise on Sunday! :cool1:

The real time for me is 12:24 pm. Not sure why the time on this says 11:39.

Good Morning all and Happy Sunday to all.

:happytv: Just watching a little news. Taking care of DGD. She is playing right now. opps she just had me change it to Disney.

Bruce, Glad to hear things are starting to settle down.

Flo, thanks for the great photos...I so want to be there.

I ve got a bit of a cold, and its bringing me down.

I do have a question for all of you.

Right now, I am booked at SSR. But I am thinking of changing to BCV or BW.

I have never stayed anywhere except OKW or SSR.!

So if you were me where would you stay?

Dianne - Hope you get to feeling better soon. My family has the head cold thing going on too. Hopefully you all will be on the mend soon!

Our home resort is SSR and we love it there. In fact, we will be there for a week in June. :cool1: But we do like to try the other places too. Last October we stayed at the BW. Loved it and wish we would have had more time there. Brooke loved the pool and slide area and we loved the pool bar area. Have tried to get in to the BCV and can't ever seem to get in (which is normally in October during F&W Fest so it is not surprising). Our favorite parks are EPCOT and HS, so being at either of these resorts is a big draw for us. But we love Downtown Disney and SSR alot. I really don't think you can go wrong with any of the resorts. But, I think if I were you, I would try something new. It is always fun to try something new. It does seem that BCV is closer to the entrance to EPCOT than the BW. But neither is that far away. You can also take the boat to EPCOT and HS.

I know I am probably not helping much, but hopefully it will give you a little more information with making your decision. :flower3:

The scrapbooks look wonderful...I don't have any Disney Cruise ones to share, since all are other cruises were with Princess. This will be a first for us on Disney.

I am still trying to decide where to stay....???? just so confused...DH is no help. He just dosen't care.

Dianne,

My DH was no help either!:) So I decided that I was goingto pick. Are home is SSR but I have always wanted to stay at Boardwalk. I want to see what it is like at night. It is such a pretty resort. I could never aford to stay there when we would go before but DVC affords me that. I thought for one night we should try something different. I also check and the DCL bus to port stopes at that resort. The bus does not stop at all resorts. But Like Chris said I do love SSR because I love to be able to walk to Downtown Disney. So go with your gut.

Have a great rest of the day.

Flo - I think you did a great job on your pages. If there is one thing I've learned over the years of scrapbooking is that you can always pick up new ideas and that each person has their own style. This especially came true when I got together with friends a month or so ago. We were all able to share ideas and learn new things. Two of the girls do much more detail on their pages than I do. Lots and lots of layers. It works for them but it doesn't work for me. So just do what makes you happy.

To me the best part of the scrapbook is going back to look at it after the fact. It is the memories it brings back to Mark and I that are most important.

Feeling pretty good today. Made it to Mass and we even stopped in my office after to drop off some thank you cards and to clean out some of my e-mails. I'm hoping to go back to work in a week if I can get the doctor's clearance. I also finished up our tax workbook and hope to send it out to the accountant tomorrow. So things are coming together.

You had a very productive day! ;) Church and stopping by work. I am sure that felt great! But I am sure it was exhausting to. Hope you get to go back to work even if it is for half days to start.:wizard:

Good morning everyone - happy Monday!

Taxes are all done and will be sent to the accountant today. That feels good to be finally finished.

Going to be a quiet day here which is not a bad thing.

Hope everyone has a great day.

Good Morning!

Mary - how lucky for you to be done with your taxes. DH was going to work on them this weekend but he just didn' feel up to it. Maybe once he gets over his cold.

Well, it's the last week in February and winter is closer to being over! :cool1:

Have a great Monday! :flower3:

Been out all morning cleaning up snow. We had about 14 inches of heavy wet snow. I think if it had been a dryer snow we would have had 2 feet of the stuff.
There are all kids of power outages. The snow is just clinging to everything.
Its what you would call a winter wonder land:rotfl::rotfl:.
I don't plan on doing anything else the rest of the day.
If this kind of weather keeps up I will be heading South for a few days to get away from it.
Everybody have a great day.
Dan

We found it much more enticing aboard the ship. We ended up with a free members cruise, $400 on board credit, a large special Mickey sculpture designed by Ducky Williams and a decent discount off the current points prices. Hope that helps.

I took the free cruise (Cat 7 for 2) but they upgraded me to a Cat. 6 for this year's cruise, the sculpture, and I took the $300 DVC VISA gift card.

Mary-glad to see you are feeling better.

We are finally going to get to 50 degrees today, the snow is just about all melted at my house. But rain is predicted for this week, hopefully it will clean up all dirt and stuff from the winter that is still in the streets and on the sidewalks.

Now, just waiting for spring.............

Giving us a bump up from page 2.

Dan - sorry to hear you guys got dumped on with more snow!

Linda - happy to hear your snow is going away. BTW are you on Facebook Linda? In addition to all the Member Cruisers on there I think you'll find a good number of people from the '04 10 day cruise as well.
