A co-worker just came back from Florida and she said they had to go over to DTD to buy sweat shirts! I'm glad I'm not vacationing down there right now. It's 12 degrees where I am but still wouldn't want to be in Florida with the cold weather. Afterall, it's supposed to be the sunshine state.

In 2006 we went to SSR from Feb 6-16 & it was record cold at that time. Only had 1 day at the pool. Wore jeans & sweatshirts & jackets most every day, hardly had the shorts on at all. Glad we aren't ther now because even though it might be warmer than Maine one doesn't pay $$$ to get out of NE only to have cold weather in FL!!!

I know what you mean! We went down to WDW for DS 10th birthday. It was a total surprise but I told him it was an important year since he hit double digits and I'm not sure if I'll be around when he hits triple digits!!
Okay! I just needed an excuse to go back to WDW! Anyway, his birthday is in February and it was so cold in 1996 that all of the pools were closed and the orange crops were freezing (good excuse to increase the price of OJ)

On arriving for visitation hours I discover Mary is now in ICU. During morning physical therapy she got lightheaded and they discovered there is a blood clot in her lung. They are treating it, and she is stable, if tired at the moment.

On arriving for visitation hours I discover Mary is now in ICU. During morning physical therapy she got lightheaded and they discovered there is a blood clot in her lung. They are treating it, and she is stable, if tired at the moment.
