Thanks for all of the replies about what clothes to pack, and what is acceptable to wear each day. My hubby should be covered, and now my boys will be too.

I tend to run on the "hot" side, so I don't think I'll need any sweaters.... but I might just pack one just to be on the safe side.

Congrats on the pirate:, Dave!!

What - you don't like doing wash? Oh it's my favorite - NOT!! :lmao:

:woohoo::woohoo::woohoo::woohoo:

That is such a good feeling.

I liked them when it used to look like a suitcase!! Guess I haven't been cruising enough!! Sounds like a good excuse to go more often - but then who needs an excuse - it just takes points or $$$$ !!!:rotfl2:

I am aggravated now! The company that was supposed to come out and look at my washer "forgot" they didn't have a service tech in Illinois. Really? How do you forget that???

So, then I waited... and waited... and waited for the guy to come here- until I finally called them to see where he was. Um, oh yeah, then I got that explanation.

So, now Sears is coming out tomorrow. they are probably more reliable anyway. (and probably more expensive )

I agree how do you forget that?

Glad Sears at least is coming out.

My word this is a chatty bunch...I think there were 20 or more posts to go until the pirate and ES and now look where we are!!!!

My documents better be on my front porch...I agree work is getting in the way of my social life.

Flo, my farm was a mess...I had to plow it all up. I had no idea what I was supposed to do so I just planted stuff. Then my kids said I look like I was drunk when I plowed it..humm kids...I want a barn or something, but DD said you have to buy dollars or coins...well, I will just hang in there and try to get coins...got a fence around most of my farm and lots of cows and chicks.
Hey, we can be friends on the farm thing too and then I can send you stuff and you can send me stuff...WOW, I love that farm thing and Farkle. I got 11,500 my highest, but it gets so boring when all I do is Farkle.

Soon time to go, YEA

Soon time to go, YEA

Yup - that's me - chatty - after all it is my very first day home (during the week) since the middle of June! And what else does one do inbetween loads of wash, and going through 4 weeks of junk mail, and dishes, and putting the was away, and putting other things away that have been laying around since DH and DS got home from BS summer camp before the 4th of July, and dusting! I mean, really!! :rotfl:

I hope your documents are there!!

Soon time to cruise, YEA.

Busy board again today!

I received our copy of the Disney Files Magazine and it mentioned something about our cruise and D23 Expo..

Here is a tiny portion of it, it's on page 21 in the "More to Report" section

"D23 Expo: Didn't secure a stateroom for this year's S.S. Member Cruise? Don't fret. (Well maybe fret a little. It's going to be one heck of a voyage.) Even if you aren't sailing with your Disney neighbors and getting inspired by Disney Insiders at sea, you can still feed your fandom on land in grand Disney style...."

Anyone know anything about that? Is the theme then something about the D23??

Thank you from me too, I have been trying to get an answer about that. Everywhere I read it said "no shorts" but I really didn't want to go and buy my ds a couple pairs of pants that he won't wear again...

well dave has me beat only drove about 1100 miles but does have a full van with furniture and college count for anything

hope my docs are their also

Haven't gotten my copy of the Files yet. Not sure how, or why, they are trying to put the two together. The statement doesn't even really make sense. :confused3

:laughing:It sure does, I just wish I didn't have to drive it at all. And thank goodness I wasn't towing or hauling anything.
