09/13/09 SSMC09 S.S. Member Cruise 2009 - Part 3!

Don't do what I did...I got addonitis...I have 5 contracts, 700 points...and I know when I get on that ship I am going to want MORE...but I have to tell myself NO...you have enough now...but if I come into some money, you never know...

LOL We added on 270 points on last years cruise. We have 570 now, probably more than enough!

1 week from today, Mary and I will be heading down to WDW. We booked the 9/5 western Magic kind of last minute. It will be our first category 7.After 1 night at a Ft Wilderness cabin, we head to the port. Then it's off the Magic on 9/12, back to BCV for 1 night (and clothes washing) before heading back to the port to join you all on the Wonder

Oh, man, that sounds so wonderful...wish I could come along..but no $ and no vacation left. Poor old me. But I know you will have a great time!

Oh, yea, that hurricane is headed that way and going to bring a lot of rain with it. It was raining so hard this am that we had to wait until it slowed down some to get to the car with our umbrellas...it was like someone had a fire hose on us!

I guess the hurricane is dragging up another storm as well, they are predicting 3-5 inches of rain for tomorrow.

I was just hoping I was inland enough to skip some of it, but that doesn't look like the case. We'll probably scratch the training!

Stay dry and safe. That is allot of rain at once. It has finnaly stoped raining here. We had rain for 3 days. It is also not to warm. it is 65 with the high tonight of 52. I like that for sleeping.

No nothing yet Dave. Thanks for asking. That is why I am on and off today. I looking at all the sites. I am hopeing that something comes up before the cruise and I have something to celebrate.

If we don't add on my DS wants to add on. My self of my DH would just be on it so we can keep the points together.

Ah, yes, music to work by - just put on my CD of the Millenium Celebration at Epcot. I really used to love that parade - the one with all of the really tall walkers and big drums!

Thats a good idea to list you on as well. I wish you the best of luck in finding something before we cruise. If so we will all have a celebratory drink for Flo!!

I'd love to add on- but it isn't goin g to be this year, and probably not next either. We'd like to get the car paid off and other stuff before we go adding to obligations!! that's my husbands money lecture coming through.... and I'd say let's add on now!! You can always use more points, right? We only have 210 now. Ahhh... to have twice that would be awesome!

I'll never forget for the first five years after my youngest was born we would listen to Disney Classics in my truck. Somedays even when she wasn't in there it would still be playing and my friends would be like what are you listening to

So I substitute teach at our local schools, because I have the flexibility to adjust my schedule for hers (like doctor appt. and such). But she needs me, and she has always been there for me - so guess what, the bills can wait a bit longer!

It's pretty yucky outside today. My DH is coming home early from work so that I can get some stuff done... I need to run to the store to pick up some ingredients for my favorite home made potato soup- seems like the weather will certainly cooperate for some of my fall favorites... (I'm going to make a double batch today! And then I'm going to clean up a bit without the kids pulling on my legs every time I take a step. Wow- won't that be amazing. Maybe I can even fit in a short nap.....
