Oh my, yes, there will be lots and lots!! And they'll have tons of fun in the kids clubs, for sure!! :yay:

when mine where younger they wanted to spend more time with their new friends and in the clubs then with us. It was fine with us since we always knew where they could be found.

Congrats to Dave on the :bride:
which I know he will share with his lovely wife Tanya

Congrats to Mark on the pirate:

two kids are cruising with me -- girl 8, boy 10. i'm sure they'll have a great time no matter but, i also want them to have friends to hang with (as i'm doing all this for them -- memories to last a lifetime :)
i hope there will be more than just our three

Member Cruises traditionally have a lot fewer kids than regular cruises. There will still be some on board.

The positives for the kids:
  • More room at the Mickey and Goofy pools
  • More room in the clubs so more one on one access to the counselors and better bonding with the kids that are there
  • Easier access to the character lines before/after dinner (though we adults like to have our pictures taken too). :)
One negative for the adults:
  • Serenity Bay is usually more crowded than on a normal cruise. If you find that to be the case head on down to the far end of the family beach. That's where the DIS groups have hung out the past couple of years.

As of this morning I am officially done with chemo! party:

Yeah tough start this am. My DW called last night while I was at soccer practice with my DD, her truck quit running. She was an hour away, so I took my DD home and drove up to give her my truck while I waited for AAA. When AAA showed up they went to load up the vehicle and ripped the trailer hitch right off our truck:mad:, then his cable broke and he couldn't load it at all!! They called for a second truck, long story short, I ended up getting home at 12:45 this am.:headache: We still don't know what is wrong with her truck, but hopefully by the end of the day they get it figured out. So, I stayed home this am and got he kids on the busses, while my DW took my truck to work.

thank you and i remember reading something about a mini navigator but not sure what i have to do for it

Mark,

You could PM seaulater ans see if it is to late be included. I know it was some time this week. It will have the floor plans, the Fish extender people and things. If you look at the first page first post most of that is in it.

thanks for the help

That is such great news! Glad you have it all done before the cruise. Are you feeling okay?

Feeling pretty good considering everything. Still not 100% with energy -more like 80%. Hair is a lot thinner so I'll be wearing a hat on CC. All in all I can't complain. Looking forward to seeing everyone and having a nice restful cruise.
