Anyone know when "pirate pirate: night" is? I haven't had a chance to search for recent Navigators. Has anyone posted any?

Thrill issues...hmmm, sounds exciting! :lmao:
Actually we are moving primarily because of family and desire to get the heck out of snowy New England. But also for more job opportunities, closer to an urban area and of course closer to mecca, ahem, I mean WDW! My partner (Hannacanna) is already down there and I will be following. I am still in Mass. right now. Hope to be down soon. Do you live in Brandon? That's a suburb as I recall, I have been there before.

Welcome to Tampa! :thumbsup2

I don't know Palma Ceia or the downtown area well as we're in the burbs...

What brings you down, corporate/military/family? Or do you have some serious thrill issues and want to dance with the 'canes?:yay:

Pirate night is usually Wednesday night which is the night we are in Cozumel, Mexico. The latest Navigators on castawayclub.com list it as Wednesday.

Welcome to our diverse little group.
Looks like the cruise is filling up. Hope the lucky GTY cruisers get their cabin assignments soon. We are in Cat 7 in an assigned cabin, so I guess that is where we will stay. Hope the upgrade gods are lurking around.

DD and DSIL are Gty for a cat 7 and hoping for a upgrade too.
Now I wouldn't mind a upgrade to cat 4:goodvibes

We are going to Tulum in Cozumel. I have read that it is awesome however it is also a very long hot day and I have read that it is either really good with the kids or it is a very bad day. We are taking two nine year olds. I plan on bribing then to get better behavior.
Bribing hum works for me :lmao::love:

Hi All!

Hoping to get our assignment soon. All I know is that we have a verendah but who knows what that means. I am still working on Palo Brunch without much success. Oh well, I will go, grab a drink, and stand in line if I have to.

Can't wait for this trip!

FYI...I have sailed GTY a few times before and one time we didnt get a cabin number until we got to the port. They said it was due to the still available cabins that they were trying to sell, though so that doesn't sound like it will be the case this time. Hey, they could stick me in a broom closet and i'd be fine. In fact, I can think of some places on this ship that I'd almost RATHER curl up in than my cabin......say for example, The big porthole windows with seats in them outside of Rockin' Bar D.....a deck chair on Deck 4....a heated tile recliner in the Rainforest.....ahhhhhhhhh!:goodvibes

In my experience I hardly spend any time at all in my cabin. So much of a cruise is public space time, that's why I always book cat 12. Last cruise we got upgraded to cat 11. The room was quite nice and was conveniently centrally located on deck 6. I seem to recall we didn't get a room assignment until a couple of weeks before the cruise. We are sailing with Hannacanna's parents and they have a cat. 9 already assigned room on deck 2 so I imagine we will be somewhere near them. Ultimately I really don't care as long as I'm onboard the Magic!

Another location can be in cabin 15... the life boat cabin... deck5 just outside the Buena Vista Theater. No one finds you there.:ssst:
