thinking along the save WAVES.. Shirts on our own (family/small groups) and lei for all...
For sailing on a Disney I like the Oreintal trade lei. NOW being very unconfussed about the lime green color (pub crawl to Margarita and Dis color) I would be up for that.
Now the lei are not just for women. Those who done like lei can wear them on a hat, back of a hat etc.. just to sign to others that your from the Dis board.

The lime green lei is a bit more then the colorful ones but Both come in pack of 12.. We could eazy get 144 or what ever the Dis number is by then.
Lois and have also talked about how we from Midwest can deliver the lei. So leis that arrive here will be on LAND for the meet, with Lois and at the Hyatt with me.
Any extra can be for those siging on to the boar bettween new and then.
I still might do Ty dy for my DP and I.. light green will be in the shirt.. (to go with the lei)..
Wrist bands can be extr for memories of the Dis gang sail...

Multi-color leis are I think more compatible with the variety of colors people tend to wear and they're totally unisex. I mean everyone wears leis! And if you happen to be wearing the signature DIS lime green the sporadic lime green flowers in the multi-color lei will coordinate perfectly! I am cool with whoever wants to be handing them out. If you want to do the Mickey heads to suspend off the leis, I can prepare them ahead of time and mail them to whoever is handing out leis. They would just need a bit of string or a twist tie to be attached. Actually I have a lei here, I will mock one up and post a picture of it so we can decide!

Hello neighbor. We are right over the bridge from ya. We'll be flying down on the 7th.

Hey! Same day as we are (DVCKathy & drclaws). Amazed that USAir came in with a cheaper fare than Southwest from Philly. Add in the convenience of checking our bags at the Port afterward and we decided to risk flying USAir again.

Staying at the Airport Hyatt that night.

I will make that correction on the roster. We don't want anyone lost.

I just counted the roster to get a number of how many people were in the group. Now mind you I don't have complete information and some folks on the roster have not posted for some time. Taking that into account I now have a count of 62 adult and children. That means we need to buy at least 6 doz leis.

As we get closer I will make another count and divide and divide it into groups. I think it will be benefitial we we know how many adults and how many kids. I also think it might be good to break down the kids by the number in each of the kids club age groups.

If you want to be included in this count I still need information from some of you. Again if you don't want to no pressure. If you are aware that a person listed in the last roster I posted is no longer planing on cruising with us please let me know so I can attempt to get it as current as possible.

Looks like we are begining to firm up plans. Can't wait. Lois

So then the 3 of us can do the Hyatt Meet and hand out the leis and the wrist bands then! All we would need is a roster of how many will be at the Hyatt.

Yes I can have our sailing date put on them. I talked to the company yesterday and we would have to have a min. order of 100. And for a kids order would be another 100. The cost would be the same $1.65 each. These wrist bands can be turned into key chains for .10 cents more, making them more useful. Some of the men on the other cruise said they wouldnt wear them. So I thought we could change them to the key chain for just about nothing. What do you all think about that?

Put me in for the leis. Maybe if we can get a count of how many of us will be a the DWD meet friday night, we can pass some out then. That would make it easier for people showing up at the port to contact others in the DIS group. I know that at least the five in my group will be at the Friday night meet. I will go with what ever the group decides as a whole to do. I would be willing to bring the leis to the meet if the group would like that. But I like the idea.

oooo, unfortunately I will not be in attendance at the Hyatt. We are doing 4 nights/ 3days at wdw. So we won't be at port til 12:30p.m. I was hoping we could figure some sort of meet at the port or on board for anyone not able to attend the meets before the cruise.

I'll go either way, wristband would be cool to wear for the cruise, but a keychain would be a nice souvenier. I'm down for both. We should get some prices ran on both wristbands and keychains. I don't know about anyone else, but I'd buy both.
