Cyndi, don't fret about posting UNTIL AFTER THE HOLIDAYS...we all know how hectic this time of year is. I think alot more cruisers will start posting in Jan.

I cannot believe you have given up on the TIDE I don't care how bad they are playing as long as they kick some COW COLLEGE BUTT! For those who don't know, the cow college is AUBURN.

Keith, if I was a betting woman, I would bet you $100 that the Tide will get the mess stomped out of them on November 18. 2006 by the cow college. Sad but true.

Party is a go if it's the last thing I do! Plans have been made, invitations will be printed as soon as we get home Party time! I just hope the weather holds out or we will be roastin' weenies over the grill or in the fireplace

Hello everyone, looks like everyone had a busy weekend...no post! We had my son's Bday party at the train museum, all the kids had a blast. He turns 6 tomorrow (Halloween Baby).

Thanks, he will either be a pirate or Mickey Mouse , he has both costumes...He went has Mickey Mouse for the Boo at the Zoo. He will make up his mind about 10 min. before he gets dressed...

That might work...it all depends on the weather. The Mickey mouse suits gets hot, so if it's cold, he could put the pirate outfit over the Mickey mouse suit. I will let everyone know on Wed.

How about paint a black circle around his eye and draw a big "P" on his shirt and let him go as a black-eyed-pea? Pirate or Mickey sounds great, share pictures with us!

We go home November 15th. The hours are DRAGGING ON..........
I went Christmas shopping yesterday. When did everything get so flippin expensive? I can rationalize my Disney trips for the kids, but $80 jeans????? For a 16 year old boy????? Did I miss something?

Parents- Does anyone else's kid want clothes from Abercrombie & Fitch this Christmas? Can we start a boycott on this place until the prices go down? Do we even want to think about how many BBC's or Mudslides or Mojito's this could buy us on our cruise? Is our kid really going to get hung up by his underwear if he doesn't have these clothes?

I mean really, the kid (RE: 20yo "Store Model" ) was helping me pick out clothes, and while he was nice enough I wanted to smack him when he suggested I HAD to buy Alex atleast ONE pair of boxers from there ($30!!!)
so he could wear his jeans very low (with their $50 belt ) and the boxers would show. Not in this lifetime buddy. Our kid doesn't walk around showin' his drawers off. And our kid also doesn't wear $30 drawers. How many Mojito's could $30 buy on the cruise ship????

I think I'm going to start thinking of things that way. X amount of money will get me X amount of this on the cruise ship Maybe that'll mae the time go more quickly!!!

This kid did not see me when he walked into the home. He walked past me, had his back to me and let go of his pants. When he did this they dropped to the floor. I could hardly keep from laughing but I calmly stated "You dropped Something" He turned around, gasped and stated he was sorry as he quickly left the room. I have watch these kids all over the city wearing pants way too big expecting to see someone lose them and that moment was priceless. I guess he needed that 50.00 belt. Thank God for boxers. There was an article in the local paper about a dry cleaners that did alterations, and they asked him what his funniest thing was to alter and he said he has high school kids come in and have ther pants sewn onto their boxers so they would not slide down.

You know why so many kids are getting shot these days, there pants are so low they have to run like a peguine (sp?)....

Just one more thought on the low riding pants....when we were in school, if anyone saw your drawers you would have an instant WEEGIE! Guy or girl it did not matter. What every happened to the art of giving a weegie? I guess we can blame it on the thongs some girls wear, you could do bodily harm with one of those
