Gotta say, I am a HUGE High School Musical fan! I am sure they will be showing in the cabins. And I know that they have a High School Musical Karoke night in Studio C.

Oh, the karoake thingy is excellent. My DD12 (almost 13) loves to sing, and has a decent voice. She sings the Vanessa Hudgens songs really well. I'm hoping she will be brave enough to get up in front of everybody and sing. She has cantored in church before during family masses (children's choir) by herself and everyone commented on how well she sings. I'd love to video tape that for her!

Well hopefully she is brave enough. My wife and I didn't know about this High School Musical Karoake Night until now, and we will be there for sure. Tell her that there will be at least two Disboarder's from Maryland there cheering her on. Just tell her that "We're All in this Together!" See you there!

OMG, my daughter just called to tell me she is expecting again. She will be due sometime in May. I just don't know if I am ready for this. My other grandkids are13 and 11. We were done with all the bottles and diapers. However, I know that I will not be able to get enough of this newest one but the time he or she arrives. Just wanted to pass this along. Lois

Yay! Congrats Lois on being a Grandma again. How exciting for you all! That's some great news before the vacation. Congrats to you and yours.

I printed my first door sign today on avery magnet sheets. I bought a five pack in Walmart for $8.40 incl tax, so that is $1.68 per sheet.
My first attempt came out crooked, but I am keeping it, I doctored it up by using decal numbers for our cabin number. The heavy paper got stuck feeding into my dell all in one.

So it sounds like we could get lucky and have Rachel as our cruise director. I have confirmation that Brent is on the Magic right now but he is going on vacation when that Magic returns stateside. I really hope Rachel is getting back onboard. She's by far our favorite of the cruise directors! You gotta love that sweet sounding voice and accent waking you up in the morning.

Thanks for the welcome. We have been reading alot - there is so much to do. Plan on relaxing and enjoying. Haven't made many plans (mostly due to our daughters age). Unfortunately, we were not able to get reservations at Palo. Do they save any reservations for when you get on board or are they all booked on-line in advance?

Wow, I'm sure that Brent getting married is breaking a lot of hearts here on the DIS, I've seen a few "shrines" to Brent!

I like Rachael as a cruise director, she does have a great accent! But what I'm really keeping my fingers crossed about is that we have the same band. The ship band we had on our '05 cruise was fantastic!

If you go to book Palo as soon as you get on board they hold a certain number back for folks that could not or don't have internet access. So it is still possible to get ressies. Lois

Okay, so appearently the boards WON"T allow a picture to be placed on the posts. You have to put them on another website and create a link to the picture.

SO for starters, here is my family

1. go to www.photobucket.com
2. use the login danlaw777 as your username
3. use the password dis090807
4. click the My Album tab that is located towards the top
5. click on the browse button to the right of the first blank line
6. type in a name of how you want to identify the file
7. click upload
8. Once you get to the new screen, find the picture you just uploades and click on the "code" that is next to the IMG Code, or right click on that codeing and select copy, either way works.
9. come here and create a post
10. once you are creating the post and are ready to insert your picture, click on the icon that has a mountain on it (insert image)
11. delete any text that may be prefilled into the box that appears when clicking on the insert image link
12. right click in the now empty box and select paste.
13. continue post or hit the submit reply button
14. Your done!!!
