Is there anyone on this disboard that lives in North Carolina, Chapel Hill area?
My adult son, Brian (age 35), is a HUGE Tarheels fan - and I would love to get him a t-shirt or something from UNC.
If anyone can get me a shirt - Men's size XL - or something unusual from UNC, I'll pay you for it - either through PayPal - or on the cruise.

This will be our 11 th cruise. Our last cruise in June 2009 we took part in the fish extender for the first time and it was fun. We would like to join this one if it not too late. We are a family of four, with our DD being 10yrs and our DS being 12. We have friends who would like to participate too. Mom, Dad, and 3 girls aged 12, 7, 4. I do not know who is in charge of this and to whom this message should go.

In case any of you are big football fans (like me), you should get to Diversions early to vote for your team's game. They will show games there, but they do a vote. The games with the most votes win. On our last cruise I wore my jersey and went to Diversions to watch our team game, but we didn't win enough votes. Other games won out and I didn't get to watch my Panthers play. Of course, I love watching football so I stayed and watched other games. I was able to keep up with my team's score and highlights of the games when they were shown at breaks, etc. I just thought I would post this in case any of you are interested in watching your team.

I am not in the Chapel Hill area; I am in the Charlotte area. There are a few of us NC DISers on this cruise. I am not sure if any of them are near the campus or not. If no one else replies, let me know. I may be able to get out and find something. Usually our Target stores in the area carry some shirts; even Walmart usually has them. They honestly have all kinds of things......unbrellas, socks, plates, glasses, etc. I am an LSU Tigers and Florida Gators college fan (yes ) because I am originally from south Louisiana. I was born and raised there until we moved for DH's job in 2002. LSU is my favorite college team, but I love Florida Gators because of Tim Tebow. I will watch UNC basketball games at times, but I am not really a "fan." Let me know what you find out.

We already have our stuff too. I think I might be 2 or 3 short so I may go get some extra but I have to go back and recount since the totals include us and we could share our stuff.

The name looks great! When I saw the 1 week 6 days I thought "holy crap, I haven't even started to make a list on what to pack" and then realized that YOU were leaving then, not me!

Just added up all the 3,4 & 5 year olds and there are 14 just in our group......and I was worried that my DD Emily wouldn't meet any new friends...

I have been out of town, just catching up on all the posts since I have been gone. WOW!

I have most of my FE stuff, but I'm curious what are some gift ideas for the adults? My stuff is mostly kid oriented.

I'm in the Charlotte are too. I will look when I am out and about for the shirt. If I get it, I will post. My HUGE NC State Fan cousins will be so proud! LOL

My TA still has not called about our documents yet. Have you all received yours? I am starting to get a bit concerned. We go to the parks the week after our cruise and we have already received all of our documents from the resort.

You go to the spa directly for reservations and a tour. Rockin' Bar D is for if you want to change/add any dining plans. Hooray for our Disney Cruise!!!!

We're driving down on Friday morning. We hope to be in Port Canaveral around noon, but that could change.

Hmmmm...Grill's sounds like it would be a neat place. I'm not sure where we're gonna end up. I know that my niece wants to go over to Ron Jon's to check things out there, so who knows. Is Grill's the place that you pass right by on the ship as it heads out from port? I've also heard of a place called Fish Lips, but I don't know much about it!

We unfortunately don't have any extra FE gifts. I ordered my treats on Monday. I tried to add to my order, but they told me I would have to place a new order and pay a new set up fee. I'm sorry. We have been begging for people to join for months and had extended the day from Friday to Sunday since there had not been a decision on the cruise name, so I really didn't think it would be a problem.

I do look forward to meeting you and your family during the Dismeet and know we will all have a wonderful vacation.
