Yep we've heard of them and DrHug, who is actually PRE babyboomer will likely have some of them rocking out in his car at one time or another!

;)

My son's friends think I'm cool cause I don't have "MoM Taste" in music and I know the words to alot of the songs they listen to.. :goodvibes

Plus I play DDR = Dance Dance Revolution.. follow the arrows and step on the pad to the Beat of the music..

His friend's were showing me the Dance Steps to their Newest addiction.. Solja Boy or something like it :sad2:

Thank you Wifamily and Mommyoftwinfants for the gobblers! I only put one on my sig, but appreciate both! :goodvibes :grouphug:

OMG you guys, I went away less than three hours ago and it was still maybe halfway to the pirate?? Wow. Well, I'm up late tonight, dh is coming in on a flt around 11:00 so maybe I'll get the kids off early (benedryl anyone? KIDDING KIDDING. Though it's been a loooooong week...) so I can visit...

Is Noel scheduled to hit anyone else on the eastern seaboard? Supposed to hit here tomorrow, they're warning people to check emerg supplies and take in patio furniture. :scared1: I just want dh off the plane and in the house first.

I'm not sure how the law goes that would allow that, but..... most of them, including Dennis'. were just dismissed. :woohoo: I bet Trooper Turner never made that mistake again after his chat with the judge! :rotfl:

We don't have a high-five smilie? I need to give Angie a high five. Brack?

Yes, plastic swords and even toy pirate guns are fine in checked luggage. We bougjht a pirate gun of DGS then wondered. We asked at Orlando airport when we checked the luggage and we were told "yes, we know what those are!" :rotfl: :rotfl: Guess they've seen a couple of those leave WDW!

Thanks for the confirmation, Angie. :goodvibes

I was taught that to remember dessert vs. desert, you always want 2 desserts, so the word should have 2 S's in it. :thumbsup2

That I can remember! Thanks!

:lmao: I always played word games with myself growing up to remember things. The funny thing is, the word games were so complex, I should have just memorized things.
Yeah, I was that kid. :sad2:

LOL, I had the most convoluted way to remember the capitals of the provinces...good thing there are only 10, I'd have given myself an anuerysm if I'd had to remember as many capitals as you guys do!

Stacy you say "trekkie" like it's a bad thing! :confused3

WE are almost at the point that I can remove the "planned" from my signature for the Dec 2007 cruise! :woohoo: :woohoo: I hope to hear from DCL very soon about the brunch ressies. I hope they notify us either way. Surely they will. :confused3

Speaking of... DS should be walking in the door any minute now..

The First Aid alarms have been going off ALL day.. DS was in school so he missed like 5 calls.. :guilty: He will be disappointed for sure..

I bet, now that he will be home, they sirens will be silent  It always happens to him.. and I keep telling him, well you can't wish bad things on people just because you want to ride in the rig and check pulses :rolleyes1

If you were in THIS household when DH watches the Reruns.. and can speak their lines word for word.. :sad2: You'd understand.. ;)

I like the ones with Jane and Jon Luke

Poor guy :sad2: If he were coming on the cruise, I'd hyperventilate for him. :rotfl:

:rotfl2: :rotfl: I may have said this before, but it sounds like you have done an excellent job raising your son. :goodvibes

:scared1: I just want dh off the plane and in the house first.

I always used to worry when DH would travel. He actually had a flight to London exactly one month after 9/11. If anyone remembers, that's the day another plane went down in a NJ suburb. I remember sitting in the airport and that's all they were showing on the terminal televisions. Of course it was mechanical, but at the time we didn't really have any way of knowing that for sure. I hated that he still insisted on going on that flight.

I'm sure your DH will be safe. Good luck with the benedryl. ;)

Okay, I'd like to start a game...popcorn::

What is your favorite new TV show? Hero

What is your favorite old TV show that's still on the air? Amazing Race

What is your favorite TV show ever, on air or off? X Files

:happytv: :thumbsup2

Poor guy :sad2: If he were coming on the cruise, I'd hyperventilate for him. :rotfl:

I sooooooooooooo Got the 3rd Degree and 20 questions from him when DH told him I passed out on DCL Wonder in September and he had to start CPR on me :sad2:

He was asking me things in Japanese I think

Well according to DH and our friends, plus the Firefighter & Nurse standing in front of us, whom witnessed it, said I let out one big breath and nothing.. No pulse, no movement, nothing.. I don't know, I wasn't really "There" when it happened :confused3

But.. I'm fine now and Ready NOT to make the same mistake on This cruise :woohoo:
