My son's father never changed my son until he was like 3 months old and had no choice because I wasn't home.. Well what do you think the 1st thing DS did when his father removed his diaper?? Tinkle Tinkle little star... all down Father's shirt.. I told him, well then you changed him too soon or not quick enough..

You'd think the "not being home" thing would work, but when my husband and I had only been married a couple of years, my sister had asked us to watch my nephew one day and we agreed. I got called into work for an inventory at the last minute, but was fairly confident DH could watch a 16 month old for a few hours.

My sister had told us what the baby's "schedule" usually was, so DH drove me to work and we pushed the baby around in his stroller for a while, but he didn't ever do his business, so DH loaded him back in the car and drove him home. I got a call at work 30 minutes later from DH saying the baby was eminating the most foul odor known in the universe. My response: "What do you want me to do? I'm at work?"

You guessed it... he loaded that child back into the car, drove 20 minutes to my workplace in 90 degree heat with no AC, windows wide open, and made me take the only 15 minute break I was going to get for the day to change that poopy diaper.

We've been married almost 11 years now. Still no kids. Wonder why.

So now that Disney has my money, the computer can do whatever it wants

And now that we're actually going, I'll go ahead and sign us up for the Secret Mickey Exchange. Though we're still in a GTY cabin right now, so not sure how much help that'll be I'll send a PM to pfishgirl bout that.

It'll just be me (Julie) and DH (Rich)... we don't have any munchkins. Though I'm sure the hubby would bring the cat if Disney allowed it. I see from the signups that there's actually quite a few couples cruising without kids on this one.

What else. We're flying in the night before and probably staying at the MCO Hyatt. Taking the DCL transportation to the port. Second dinner seating.

TMI? I'm excited!

Ooooh.. I have so much shopping to do. I should start that now!

I've heard it's recently changed.

From what's being said on the main board, it's apparently changed recently to be more of a party type thing. The characters are still there, but they stay to the main aisle and do a dance number kinda thing. People say that the younger children get up and jam with them in the aisles, but that you don't see adults get up to do so... thus, eliminating photo ops with the characters at the breakfast.

All this is just second hand, mind you, as it was still the old way when we last cruised. Guess we'll have to wait and see what they do on ours!

I hope that it did not change. We were about the only adults without children that went just because of the photo ops!
