We bought our DW passes tonight from the Disney store! Yikes, its really starting to get very real now. I just can't wait to ride the new roller coaster at Animal Kingdom, not to mention just getting to the parks again. Then getting on the ship, yahoo!

Is there an advantage to buying DW passes from the Disney store vs buying them online?

there are sites that offer discount tickets for WDW. We found them through mousesavers.com and had no problem.

Sounds like the res rush was as bad online as it used to be on the ship. If we decide on something last minute we'll hope the concierge can get it-if not we'll be okay without. I couldn't even book for floats on CC. It booked me for 4-only wanted 2 and then wouldn't give me any.
Computers can be such a pain!!

Hi, I was able to get brunch monday at 11 for 4 people, but we have five and I so not able to select five, also got dinner for wed night.
I couldn't find the teen cruise in Coz in the resssie section I was able to book the wild side for CC on Sunday

Formal night, my teen girls just wore dresses, a little fancier than a sun dress or capris they usually wore, my son wore a shirt and tie

We did go dresser our first year, but have changed since then!

Got to go back to see if I can get my spa ressies
Oh, I'll try and book CM ruins today!

ok, it's 8:30 now and I have tried off and on and it's still not letting me through. I am sooo disappointed. The only thing that Bill wanted to do was a Palo brunch. I tried for 2 hours straight! then I guess the system went down.

I will be calling DCL shortly. I know they only have so many available, but come on for me to have been on right at 3am and contunued through now and now be able to get through is ridiculous. I didn't want to worry about the ressie rush. I think this was worse.

The teen cruise at Cozumel is called "Fury Catamaran Teen Cruise" if that helps.

This may be a dumb question, but have you tried re-booting your computer? If others are getting in, it might be something on your computer that is locking up. Also, please be sure to turn off any Adwatch or other popup monitoring, that may prevent the reservation screen pop-up.

Yes, I have tried a zillion different things. I get all the way to selecting which one and it won't let me continue. It doesn't move.

I booked Andrew's teen day without a problem.

Lorie, I'm so sorry you're having so much trouble. Gosh, what a night. I didn't do the 3:00 am thing, I just got up at 8:30. I was able to get dinner on Tuesday, but get this, Don and I are at different times! We're under two different ressie numbers, as he is booked into the kids room. So after I picked 6:30 for me, I went to his ressie number and all they had was 7:00 available! So...I picked it, thinking wow, they're going fast and I don't think they'll send him back to his room if he's with me, right?

Anyway, I'm having a hard time right now with brunch too. All thats coming up is high tea. Weird. I'll try again.

Doingitagain...nah, no real advantage to buying them at the Disney store than anywhere else. I just wanted them in my hands because I have the money now. It was so fun to buy them last night! Just make sure you seperate that all important receipt and put it somewhere else. But you know that. . Its the only thing to replace lost tickets.

Is anyone getting this..."you may have applied filters and this would affect your results" when you try to see what is available? What does that mean? I didn't do anything like that. And my computer expert is asleep! Doesn't he know we NEED Palo reservations, like NOW . There are just way too many important things in life than sleep on a Sunday morning.

I just got off the phone with DCL and they were no help. They're going to call back tomorrow. Well gee thanks I just wasted 6 1/2 hours. The least they could have said is we will book a brunch for you on Mon.

They said because I booked the teen side, there shouldn't be anything wrong with the settings to make more reservations.

I know it is a silly thing to be upset about, but I booked this cruise at 625 days out, this is my 4th cruise and all I want is one brunch and not to worry about getting ressies on board.

Jill-are you kidding, you had to schedule 2 different times. That is so ridiculous.

I just thought that we would all be posting how wonderful everything went and everyone got what they wanted and we would all be happy.

Lorie, I just did the same thing, called DCL. Turns out with me, I didn't need to book Don under his number. My reservation is enough, its good for 1-2 people. So I went back and cancelled his. And woola! All the other Palo options are suddenly there under his number! EXCEPT brunch. I just can't believe brunch is "sold out" already.

I just wouldn't worry about it. At our brunch on the 4 day, we were about the only ones in there on a day at sea. I'm just going to walk on board, and check then. I'm sure they'll be openings. Its all good !

How many days until spring break?? Well for me 13!!!! How many days of school left? Come on I know you teachers have a count!! For me it is 44 with the kids plus 1 meeting. I'll be totally done by June 8th.

It might also be an issue with your Cozumel shore excursion. I couldn't do it online, I had to call in and ask a shore excursion manager to do it for us because our Cozumel excursion goes until 5:00 and they require 1.5 hours in between. But they did it for me.

Lori - I was having the exact same problem using my laptop last night. It did however work on my office computer. After reading a prior post here I think it had to do with my iternet browser. On the laptop we use Mozilla firefox. Our office computer is new and we haven't put Mozilla on it yet so we just use Internet Explorer. Maybe your using a browser that is not compatible with the Palo reservation system. Could you try a different computer? Maybe one of us could try for you.

Good Morning all. I just woke up after being up for an hour early this morning doing our ressies and then couldn't get back to sleep because my mind was still running. I was worried that there would be problems as I have read on other DCL boards that their early ressie program was buggy. I was able to get everything that we wanted with little problems. Not sure what I did right, I wish I could help others. I was also surprised at how fast the Palo reservations went (I thought I was the only crazy person up at 3am ). It is frustrating after booking the cruise 2 years ago and then not getting the ressies that you want, I would definitely be on the phone with Disney about that.

I can tell you from experience (as I am a computer programmer) a lot of companies create their web pages and only test them with Microsoft. A lot of times they will also work with Netscape/Mozilla/Firefox (all part of the same software base) but there are a few that do things differently and won't work with the Netscape bunch. If you ever have problems with a web site you should always try IE as that is the browser most companies test with.
