Just finished the FE gift bags! We are getting so excited- 2 and a half weeks to go! We are coming to Orlando the night before the cruise and staying after the cruise to go to WDW. I think the wristbands are a great idea too

We are arriving on the 17th at Old Key West, and then from the 23-29 we are at Bay Lake Tower. We are all way more excited about the cruise than the Disney stay this time, I guess since this is a new Disney experience for us.

I finished up the adult gifts for the FE's. We are going with a theme of foods, treats, etc. from our little section of PA. I hope that's okay with everyone! I have a few things left to get for the kids gifts, but we are almost ready!

I dont think my DH is gonna be able to make it Ill know by noon tommrow. He may have to travel for work Guess Ill have to book a trip to disney this summer with free dining

Oh, that is terrible. Hopefully everything will work out for the best. Also keeping my fingers crossed that he can go. I know when a boss says "go" you gotta "go", but hopefully he'll take into consideration your pre-made and pre-paid plans.

Im going either way Even if its by my self He is the boss but the company is expanding and of course they got the contract just waiting for the phone call what date to starts however it looks like the 17th. My Dsil said she would be happy to fill in DCL said its only a 50 charge to change the ressie I should know who my roomie is by the end of the day

Happy mother's day to all the moms! Our shih-tzu dog gave birth to 5 puppies today. We are so excited! My mother-in-law is staying at our house and caring for them while we are away. The kids were a little bummed about having to leave them to go on our trip. Go figure, huh? Lol

One last try--is anyone else interested in trying for a meet and greet?

No hard feelings if you say you'll be there and can't make it, of course!

Only problem is, I have no idea where the best place to do this would be. Or the best time...because I've never been on a Disney cruise and it's been 2 years since my last cruise, period.

So if someone wants to suggest some times/places we will almost definitely be there (barring any major issues/emergencies)

With our two so little and random and driving over from a week long stay at AKL, I don't want to commit to anything but I DO plan on stopping anyone with a lime green bracelet on!

You'll be easy to track down...unless we're gonna have a boat full of 20-something young hot blondes! ~

I think a meet would be a great idea.
The 2 previous cruises we were on, we (Dis Board members) met on the "secret" deck on Deck 7. It is the whole way at the back of the ship, there is a single metal type door that opens onto a very nice, large open deck with lounge chairs. There is seldom anyone back there, and it has a great view of the port. What do you think?

We are driving down to the port THAT DAY, so I'm not sure what time we will even get on the ship, so I can't commit to a meet. However, George,, I am so excited to know that we all will be easily identified with our green bracelets from you! So, I'll definitely be watching for those!!

As for the FE's, let's start the "gift exchanging" once you hang it up and end it by 5:00 PM on the last night.

For those leaving this week. Have a SAFE trip and I am SO looking forward to seeing my fellow DISers on the cruise!! Don't forget your FE's!!!!

Good News,, The Lime Green Wristbands arrived today. So I have them in my possesion. I was worried for a bit because they didn't gaurantee a delivery by date.

I was expecting DH to be home today, but no such luck! His flight has been delayed due to the volcanic ash so we are hoping that he gets a flight out soon. We still have time, though, so I am not going to panic just yet!

No! I can't believe that Ash is still a problem! Hope he gets home soon! I know you must miss him terribly! What a great thing to come home too...a Disney Cruise with the family!!
