Thank you again for your efforts in providing the lanyards and badges. Could you also post a picture of the lanyards? Knowing what to look for will make finding who we are looking for a lot easier.

To all of you who have been more active here than I have been (real life got in the way-lol) Thank you very much for everything you have done to help organize the rest of us and expand the enjoyment of our trip.

And since some of you are starting very soon, bon voyage and safe journey to LA and CA.
 

I too want to thank everyone for all the effort put into making this cruise great for all of us! So much information, the lanyards, the FE Exchange (don't forget HillaryOne loves Rum:rotfl2:) the scrapbooking, the meets, the shuttle - What a great group we have here!

As most of us will probably be leaving within a week, wanted to add my Bon Voyage to everyone - see you onboard!
 
Well one checked bag each sounded like a good idea, we can not find one of our duffels so a new one has been ordered. We have no clue where it could have gone last used on the Dream trip

Blaming all the baggage on the need for colder weather gear.

I almost feel like a holdout for staying home through Easter! But I am glad I won't be alone - aren't there about 20 of us flying out of Bellingham at 12:30 on Monday? I am looking forward to meeting a bunch of you at the airport!
 
Packing for a quick trip to Disney next week...need a pre cruise fix since we can't get to LA until Tuesday night before the cruise. Thanks to every one for planning and lists and lanyards!
 
SCRAPBOOK UPDATE

Well, I have been frantically working trying to get everything together and my job seems to keep getting in the way! :scared1: Don't they know I am getting ready to cruise?

Anyway, I have not had time to PM those attendees who are coming to the class for you to send your money beforehand. So I am just going to have to collect once I get to California. If you can put your name on an envelope (disboard and real name) and put cash inside, that would be awesome.

I have one more trip to two scrapbook stores (where I am headed shortly) and then I will finish compiling and then 3 big boxes are being shipped to California first thing Monday morning. They will be awaiting my arrival and I will pick up on Tuesday afternoon (Thanks Tony and Adrienne). And besides, I need to go spend some money in Adrienne's store because there is a Vera Bradley purse I want!

Okay, once I ship the packages, I will then start thinking about packing. BTW.....total weight of the three packages? 90 pounds! Paper and books weigh alot! With Jamie not going, I wasn't going to shlep the extra luggage around both airports. NOT!

Okay, off to do the last minute shopping!

This our first time to leave on the day we sail and leaving from the East Coast is making me a little nervous.:scared1:
I am sure it will be fine. Is there any one else beside DH and I flying into LAX on the 27th? We booked all through Disney to be safe.

We are not heading to the port until the morning of the 27th also. But with Los Angeles traffic, it may take us right up until sail time for us to get there from our house!:rotfl: Your having booked through Disney means they will not sail without you if their transprotation is running late. If your bags do not make it, they will make sure it catches up in San Francisco. You will be ok. See you on the ship.
 
I am flying in on the 27th, but I only have about a 90 minute flight. I really LOVE the convenience of the west coast cruises!
 
We are also flying on the 27th, we will get to lax at 9:30 am, and we are flying with Disney all the way. 6 more work days till vacation.

Those extra clothes are taking up more room! I'm really confused now about what I packed - accuweather now shows it will be warmer in SF than Anaheim. I was so looking forward to some warm sunshine!:sad2:

What time do you get in? LA traffic on a weekday between 3 and 7 is pretty crazy:scared1:

We live in LA and my daily commute is usually from 8:30 am to 9:30 am in the morning and 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm at night. The van is scheduled to pick us up at 8:30 am on the 27th. There have been days when the freeway was a parking lot, but if all goes well, we should be at the port by 10:30am that morning.:banana: Thank you for your concern though and we look to see you on board.
 
We fly into Long Beach airport and plan to take a cab from there to the port. Our flight is supposed to arrive close to 10am, we we are thinking traffic should be okay by then, plus the drive really isn't that long from Long Beach airport. Couldn't beat the airfare either (less than $100 each).
