LOL!! I love it! Tell your DW that I feel her pain. I had a wonderful black shrug that I accidentally left somewhere in Athens during a night out. That was about 6 weeks ago and I keep telling my DH that I need to get a new one. His reply? "Why? It's just a baby sweater!"



Have fun!! You'll have to take notes to share with us. I've never been to St. Thomas or St. Martin (the whole reason we chose this cruise!) but I know that my DS wants to go to Maho Beach, so I'll need advice.

Does FOS do any films? Maybe the kids will get to see Kung Fu Panda 2!

FOS has all the Dreamworks characters (Kung Fu Panda, Madagascar, Shrek) and do parades/character meals. They have a "Pandamonium" theme all summer with Kung Fu Panda in 3D on board. my trio are really excited to get to sail FOS and then the Fantasy next year. I think they both are going to be AMAZING ships! And Maho beach is going to be the highlight of my DS' trip!

Sorry I have not been posting as often as I would like. I have been doing my best to keep up with everything.

We just celebrated DD15 birthday yesterday. And we are looking forward to celebrating the 16th next year as we board the ship a few days later.

I spoke with a friend who just got off the Dream yesterday. They had a great time, but she did comment she felt crowded. They have two little ones, so we will definitely be in different areas of the ship versus where they were. The mom took a picture of our room that we will have on the Fantasy. I may make that my profile picture on Facebook for a bit.

It is like Secret Santa. Closer to the cruise each stateroom participating will be assigned another stateroom to give a gift. There is a price limit set, and some people coordinate with the stateroom hosts to have the item delivered in your room so it is there when you return.

I am sure someone could explain this much better than I just did.

I've been hearing that many people think it's way more crowded on the new ship compared to the Wonder and Magic.

It's been a few years since we were on the Wonder, so I'm really not sure. I do know, on the "at sea" day, the adult pool area was packed...I'm sure that meant the family pool area was packed as well. That was about the extent of the crowds that we felt.

I know it's 1 year tomorrow, but come on...who doesn't come down a day early. So officially 1 year from today we get to start our vacation!!!!

I can't tell you how much we are looking forward to this. We don't take a lot of vacations. Glad to get to know a lot of you through here and facebook as well! Will make meeting everyone and doing the FE that much more exciting.

I didn't realize our cruise would be taking place over Father's Day next year!!! I'm so happy about that! Thanks to the Air Force, my husband is in the Middle East for a year and is missing out on Father's Day 2011. Hopefully, next year, we can make it up to him!

Hi, y'all! We just got off RCL Freedom of the Seas yesterday on the Eastern. FABULOUS cruise, and we all loved it. Saw the Dream in port as we were leaving and got some pics. Can't wait to sail the Fantasy next June. The Eastern is a wonderful itinerary, and we had a blast. I would highly recommend FOS to anyone looking for an alternative to Disney.

We just got back from 9 nights in Orlando - had friends from Ohio here at our house in Tampa for 5 nights, then spent 2 nights in a cabin at Ft. Wilderness and 7 at our friends time share. Spent Father's Day in MK We got the "waterpark after 2pm" FL resident annual passes and had a blast there!!! We went to the waterparks 3 times. Since DD can finally swim, it was soooo fun! That will be a fun alternative this summer since we avoid the theme parks from now until school starts in August/Labor Day.

We are going thru DCL withdrawl ~ 95 days until we set sail on the Magic - CAN'T WAIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am probably not going to be popular when I say that I am completely unintersted in sailing on the Dream at all, however, I do love how the Fantasy is progressing. The atrium picures look pretty. I hope hope hope that DCL learns from the problems on the Dream so that we have a dynamite time - which I am sure we will
