I haven't fired anyone. One was close and I would of enjoyed, this women went crazy. But then she quit in tears on the same day. I don't have any idea why. And just by chance when we "were clearing out her desk" her husband called. I started feeling really bad when she described what was happening because half the office could hear.

I did have to tell a old friend whom I was teamates with in HS that he had to go. I was pretty dissapointed because I wanted to hire him in the first place.

this sound weird but my mom used to put cottage cheese in guacamole. i always used to tell her i hated cottage cheese, but then one day i saw her putting it in guac and was like "what the" then she told me she has always done that. its actually really good.

what is your favorite dip for chips??

cottage cheese in guac huh? Weird....I've never tried that, I make my own guac and it's just tomato, onion, garlic, avocado, salt and sometimes lime juice. My Mom does make sour cream enchiladas tho, and that is half sour cream, half cottage cheese, mixed together with some other stuff and stuffed into tortillas, topped with cheese and enchilada sauce and baked up good. They are delish!!!
