I'm 40, live in a suburb of New Orleans, no kids, single, and I love collecting Area music from the parks. I have some kind of audio loop playing in my house at all times. Today, it's background music from Animal Kingdom.

It's cloudy here today, and chance of rain looks very possible... Who took the sunshine??

I already had 2 cups this morning...Looking through WDW restaurant menus on allearsnet.com can be quite exhausting and build up an appetite...not to mention, time consuming keeping you up into the late night hours...

Would it be possible to send some sunshine here...the sun has yet to peek through...just been overcast, cloudy and humid.

Watch out for those Disney restaurant menus and the disboards food picture threads! Next thing you know, you'll have 5 ADRs booked everyday...

We're having similar weather again!

I'll try to keep it under control with those menus and photos...and keep it at a limit of 1-2 ADR's/day...

Well, I know that I didn't take the sunshine...the sun was taken from this area also. If I get it first, I'll send it your way...whichever comes first.

This makes me so sad, I just booked 5 nights at SSR in October because I planned on several nights at AC and I wanted to be able to get home w/o waiting for a bus. We had to cut AC out of our June trip and now I'll never get to share it with my sisters. NOOOOOO!

PS: Somehow I lost the sub for this thread, but Sha's email this morning prompted me to search around and find it. How's everyone doing?!

Noticed on the Orlando Sentinel website poll, the split between those that will miss the nightclubs and those that won't was near 50/50. Have to admit, I've never been too keen on nightclubs, even those on PI, which I visited a few times during a couple WDW vacations

Hi all! I hope everyone is having a great weekend! I worked 16 hours yesterday, and am in the middle of another 16 hour work day today. I am seeing it not as humid, hot, heavy labor, I am seeing it as Disney trip funding!

Sucks about PI, but maybe they will put something really awesome in its place.

Hey all, I am finally home (check the time) from my DLR weekend with my son. We had an AWESOME TIME. It was supposed to be REALLY CROWDED this weekend as in it was VERY HARD to get a hotel ressie, but those crowds did not materialize at the parks. . .(maybe they all heard the crowds would be horrendous and decided their first weekend should be doing San Diego or Universal). Whatever, it worked for us. The longest line we stood in was the expected longest line and that was for Toy Story Midway Mania. Talk about a FUN, FUN, FUN ride. We actually managed to go on it twice. We also did a BUNCH of stuff we have not done in a while just because we didn't experience heavy crowds at all.

I'll post more about the experiences after I sleep and then wake up later. I have been driving forever and am way too wired up on caffeine to sleep but want to go through all my pictures and upload them to my photobucket for later today. But I have to go to the store and get some REAL FOOD. .

Talk to all of you when I get up. . .

Nah...I enjoy my current full-time job. I reserve my weather reports just for the people here on the boards...besides, the weather channel couldn't afford me!
