Emerald Island Resort is located just off Hwy 192 west, in the Formosa gardens Area. It's approx' 7 miles to DTD and would take about 15 mins by car depending on traffic. It's a fantastic resort and a great location with easy access to all of the Disney parks:goodvibes

The Disney store at Gaylord is very small, you can pick up a few Disney souvenir's but not a great selection. If you are going to DTD save your dollars for the Disney store there it is huge and has a great selection:)
