We are attempting Christmas week at WDW for the first time and we cannot decide which part to attend on the 25th? Do we risk the extremely intense crowds at MK or enjoy the holidays around the world at EC?
First timing staying at Kidani Village, if we want to stay near the pool is it as simple as calling and requesting a room on that side of the resort? Do those rooms get requested so often they cant fill those requests?
thanks in advance
totally relate to that feeling, as much as I want to see all of DA I dont want to be shoulder to shoulder with people all day. But I'm guessing the side benefit is the rest of the park will be less of a zoo and we have express passes anyway.
Sounds like by all accounts they will be handing...
first trip in 12 days to the dark side as well, staying at a DVC resort, hitting US on Sunday the 13th and very worried how early i need to arrive on property, good luck with your trip
We have a Sunday visit (july 13th) to US however we are staying at our DVC resort (Animal Kingdom) and driving over in the morning. We want to be at the gates when the park opens to the general public. Obviously expecting a huge crowd that morning so how much time should I budget from freeway...
good advice, we are going to roll the dice and be at the park entrance to US a good 30 min before gates open for non-resort guests. We will head right to Gringotts and hope for the best. Even if we get on pnly once early i'll take it. With this our first time there I'm sue we will enjoy...
how does rope drop work at US? Similar to Disney I assume??
Plan is to hit Diagon Alley right away and ride Gringotts twice then head to the rest of the park and circle back later in the afternoon. I really hope the park itself lives up to the hype, i cant wait to check it out!
so i think the plan is US only, being the park experts that we are we will be at the gates for rope drop and hit Diagon Alley right away and venture around the park from there.
How are the shows at US? At some point we will want to get off our feet and relax some.
Knowing my family we will...
So yes my family is a brain washed Disney Family, (DVC members, the Mrs. is an ex-cast member) we have an upcoming Orlando trip in mid-July. We have an extra day open and want to visit US and/or IOA.
With the express passes can we do both parks in a single day? Especially if we only do the...
So we are 50 days out from our WDW vacation. We had to make a change on the park tickets we were purchasing and the cast member said my tickets would be available at will call at MK. But if I have my magic bands are linked to my park tickets why do i need to go will call at all??
What am I...
We booked a DVC villa for Thanksgiving week. How crazy are the crowds that week? I assume the DL will be all decorated for Christmas by then correct? TIA
Just got off the Dream last week and booked this cruise while on board. Has anyone taken young kids (ages9-7) to these ports? Any suggestions on port adventures?
well if you end up getting that cabanna we would be all over sharing if you want to divide up the cost. At very least I think it would be a great idea if a bunch of us got beach chairs together, im sure between playing with stingways and swimming and whatever someone would be around at...
