DL during Thanksgiving Week

We booked a DVC villa for Thanksgiving week. How crazy are the crowds that week? I assume the DL will be all decorated for Christmas by then correct? TIA

DVC Villa sounds awesome!! Yes crowded, what's funny is the couple days before Thanksgiving are sometimes busier than Thanksgiving itself and after.

We've been during this time and it manageable, use FP's and your EE at least a couple times. Once for RSR and once for Fantasyland/Tomorrowland rides...have fun!!!

We went last year during this week. Thanksgiving Day was our last day in the parks. Thanksgiving Day was also the busiest. The least busy was the weekend before and it progressively got busier by the day.

We were at the parks Monday thru Wednesday of Thanksgiving week in 2012 and it was busy, but not near as busy the last week in March During spring break.

And yes, Disney is all done up for Christmas even before Thanksgiving week. Before the kids were in school, we would go the week before Thanksgiving, lower crowds, and always decorated for Christmas.
