I think the Mickey and Friends Parking Structure is the way to go. The Trams come often and the parking garage opens early.

These boards are a great resource. Most of my questions were answered by reading through the posts every couple of days. The only thing I regret not doing on our trip is a character meal. I would look into that for sure.

Also check out Pinterest for some fun Disney ideas. We were able to make shirts, ornaments, autograph books, penny presser coin holders.... lot of fun stuff. We had the kids open a gift each day of our trip and then bought one souvenier the final day. Have fun with your surprise everyone!

We just got back and the line for Rapunzel was 90 minutes or more everytime we checked. Another mom told us if you find out when the break is and hangout about 20 minutes before Rapunzel comes back the line isn't as bad. We never had time to try it out. Good Luck!

We stayed in November 2009. Clean rooms... no complaints.
