    MNSSHP Costume Ideas?

My husband and I dressed properly when it was just us two! I got a Snow White costume off ebay - the skirt lit up which was great for the dark party! The other half went as the baddy from Karate Kid in a Cobrai Kai costume as it was the most manly costume I could find (he's pretty Gaston about...

    Epcot Aqua Seas Tour

Has anyone done this? I'd be very interested in feedback from experiences. I have booked it for my husband and myself for our trip in November but am a little worried. My husband loves snorkelling and is an excellent swimmer - no issues for him. I'm a poor swimmer and not particularly...

Ferrytales Dessert Party - Magic Kingdom

Sadly I haven't gone for it. The only day I can do it is when we have MVMCP tickets and I jsut can't justify it on top of the party tickets and losing the time that night! Hopefully others will enjoy though!

Ferrytales Dessert Party - Magic Kingdom

As per my post, I saw this on the WDW dining reservations.

Ferrytales Dessert Party - Magic Kingdom

In case anyone is interested, there appears to be a new dessert party option to book on the WDW dining reservations. It seems to be a standard dessert party but with wine (similar to Epcots I assume) and a souvenier plate/cup. Takes place one a ferryboat as the name suggests and costs $99...

Reviews on Garden View Tea at Grand Floridian

Honestly I wouldn't bother. My husband booked the afternoon tea for me as an anniversary treat and though the setting was lovely - the food was very average at best. We were booked in for 4pm which I think is prime "tea time" but they had already started to run out of things. There was only one...

Dessert Party for MVMCP - has anyone got a res??

Curious to see if anyone has a "wishes" dessert party reservation for the any of the MVMCP? The date shows as available for selection but no openings on the date we are attending. Mostly wondering if I missed the boat and this booked up (though I did check quite some time ago and checked back...

CRT- can you see outside when you are dining?

I disagree, we had a window table and had a lovely view of the carosel. The windows are leaded with a diamond pattern but it is not all stained glass. I doubted myself and checked our pics and I can clearly see Fantasyland through the window. We could also see a few CM wander round setting up...

    CRT breakfast

I believe the "as much as you care to eat" has been gone for quite a long time. I asked about this when I went back in Oct 2013 and it was already long gone then. Like one of the previous posters mentioned, some waiters are kind enough to bring small extras but literally zero chance of getting a...

Need advice... Something special for my parents

We did one in the first week of January and it was absolutely fine. We had my husbands parents who were in their 60s and they were comfortable. We wore hoodies and were just fine. The blanket suggestion by another poster is a good idea if you feel the cold but we honestly didn't need it, though...

Need advice... Something special for my parents

Howabout one of the fireworks cruises? I can't recall how much they are as we did it back in 2008 but I think circa $250. You are picked up a resort (you choose from a list) and theres ony your party on the boat. You see the Electric Water Pageant and then move to a great spot to watch the...

    Epcot F&W Mixology Seminar

Has anyone done this in the past? Would you recomend it? And how long does it last? I have booked in for this for my husband and myself (little surprise for him) but the details on the website are a bit thin!

Food & Wine - Mixology Seminar

Has anyone done this before? Just booked us in for the very last one of 16/11 and wondering what to expect, how long it lasts etc. Reviews and blogs seem to be thin on the ground for this!

    Cinderella's Royal Table Breakfast Question

Apparently that used to be the case but wasn't when we ate there, which was Oct 2013.

How strict are the reservation times?

I may be wrong but I've never heard of a 6pm Fantasmic. The nights when there are 2 x showings, they are usually 8:30 and 10pm.
