You need an hour to an hour and a half, assuming you get in at or close to your ADR time. I would figure on leaving by 6:30 so you have time to get back to FW in time for the carriage ride. It sounds like a great evening--have fun.

I think the "Disney feel" everyone says Pop has compares with the busy/crowded/hectic pace that can also be found at the parks. For some reason I found a higher percentage of rude and inconsiderate people at Pop when I stayed there than during any other stay at the many other Disney resorts...

If you're going to look like that, I think you would be seated anywhere! We are dining at Tony's in the park the night we're going to the party, so we will be in costume. If you have time and your regular clothes would be a little more comfortable, I would recommend dressing up after dinner.
