Back in 2007 we had dinner at 'Ohana's and to our enjoyment we were seated by the windows facing MK and got to view the fireworks during dinner. They even piped in the music. It was one my kids most memorable experiences. We are heading back in December and I scored a 8:45 PM dinner...

Why do they not offer reservation dates for 12/22? That is a night of the Party but it's not an option?

Just booked for Christmas. I'm assuming the renovations will be done by then? We stayed at POP when it first opened and loved it. This was a surprise booking as I just hopped on the site to see the deals and it was too good of a price to pass up.

Glad to see this thread as we are booking 2/28-3/5. It will be our first time doing "cooler" weather. We lived in Boston before so we always went when it was warm. Now we live in NC and we want to go during some cooler months. I'm glad to hear the crowds should be fairly low too.

Having been to both I think your sister would prefer POP over CBR. We've stayed at both. CBR with just my husband and POP w/ the kids and the kids LOVED POP. We were just there in April during Spring vacation and we were located in the 60's builiding, 4th floor towards the back and had no issues...

I was staying at the POP the week of 4/13-4/20 and they were for sure a lot of activity going on over at the unfinished section. My room was facing in that direction and I'd say a good portion of my stay there were trucks, workers, etc. :confused3
