The Hoop de Doo show will definitely keep your kids entertained! It is interactive during parts of the show and if you get a table near the front of the stage (we were in the second row), you will most likely get some attention from one of the singers... :thumbsup2

Okay, I'll admit that there are A LOT of friendly helpful CMs at the Grand Floridian & other Disney resorts, but we have also encountered some indifferent and downright surly CMs at the Grand Floridian, which we have NEVER encountered at the Swan!

When we ate there last week, our party of 3 was seated with a family of 6 (4 adults & 2 kids), so they CAN squeeze 9 people at one table...

Not currently. I think AbD may get more people to book back-to-back trips if they did. We only received the $100 pp loyalty discount for Alpine Magic, but we got a really GREAT rate for our Knights & Lights trip because we're going with Dotti's group. :thumbsup2

LOL Thanks. We would do more back-to-back trips if AbD offered a larger or more lucrative loyalty discount. And that was also our reasoning - to maximize our airfare dollars to Europe by spending more time (and Euros) there. :idea:

That's been my experience also. We have NEVER had to produce our confirmation numbers to the restaurant CMs. I think I'll just retain the last 5 digits in the unlikely event that they can't locate our reservation by name... :idea:

The credit card companies have been mailing out amendments to their credit card agreements and making changes to the various fees, including foreign transaction and conversion fees for purchases made outside the USA. I would read those amendments carefully to make sure that using credit cards...

Yes, I think it's worth it. We were in the second row of tables from the stage and our table was right in the center. We could see EVERYTHING on stage. It's a much more interactive experience than sitting in the back of the room or on the second level...
