I'm sorry but I feel that cast members having this attitude is part of the reason that Disney service/amenities have gone downhill so much. I'm personally offended, while you may continue to have guests in the short term, the attitude will prevent many repeat guests.

We had new sofabeds in our villa last year, was it the regular pull out style or the kind with the "latch" on the back?

Honestly, if you can swing the Swan for the entire time I would do that. For 5 nights, in my opinion, it is best to just stay in one place. The Swan is a great resort hotel, so close to the BoardWalk, EPCOT, and Hollywood Studios. I doubt you'll miss much of the Disney magic!

I'm also not a big fan of split stays, and I will tell you that I consider the Contemporary Garden Wing to be a good value for Disney. :thumbsup2

We always fly into MCO, then drive down (usually can do it in an hour and a half). Have fun!!

Nope, no parking lot views. Sometimes considered the least desirable, though, is from Sago Cay facing the monorail and the convention center off to the left. I've had this view, and can't complain about it. We were on the first floor, and it was a nice peaceful view, and I did like watching...

Was your villa, by chance, oddly shaped? That could have been the reason, too, I guess. You almost have to wonder why they don't take care of all these issues in the building stage to ensure consistency!
