DC Dolphin swim. Are they really strict about the 6 and up restriction?

The insurance issue makes sense. Also, he's not very strong so it might be a good thing if they're strict about it. Thank you all :)

DC Dolphin swim. Are they really strict about the 6 and up restriction?

We're going to Discovery Cove in May with our 2 boys :teeth: . One of them won't be 6 until August. Would they still let him do the swim?

NEW: Let's hear about about L & M car rental

I thought most rental companies didn't charge extra for spouses to drive. We certainly never were by any company.:bounce:

Which park would be best for 2yr old. Magic kingdom/Island of adv.

We went to MK but not IOA since it is mostly geared towards older kids. We did Universal Studios, though, and that was lots of fun for our 4 year old and 18 month old.

Concerned about Spring Break during our vacation

We were there with our then 3 year old last March 21 -25. We stayed at HIFS and apart from lots of crowds at MK we didn't have any problems. We certainly didn't see any drunken students on binges although I doubt we would have been hanging out in the same places. LOL! I'm sure you'll be fine:)

"Worlds Biggest McDonalds" - Timeshare note

I had totally forgotten that the same thing happened to us last year. Some woman sat next to us and started asking us where we were from. We figured out right away that she was going to try and sell SOMETHING but we didn't think it would be timeshare. LOL. She certainly didn't try to force...

    Just back from Vistana Resort.

Thanks, Deena:) We definitely enjoyed Vistana. It really is a beautiful place and we would stay there again. It's in a great location and we had a lot of fun feeding the ducks. Next time we will arrange to be there much earlier even if we have to wait for our room. At least we will have a...

    Just back from Vistana Resort.

We arrived at Vistana last Saturday 2/23. It was raining cats and dogs. I had requested early check in but by the time we got there eventually it was about 4.15 and everyone was checking in. It was like a zoo, the lines were unbelievable. I used the Diamond Express check-in service and I'm...

vistana resort vs Holiday Inn Family

We stayed at HIFS last year and are staying at the Vistana Resort this year (2 days to go, YIPPEE) HIFS was fine. It was a little smaller than I expected but we didn't spend that much time in the KIDSUITE. The pool was great and the free breakfast is always a bonus. We have 2 young...

    does anyone own clark sandals?

I have a pair that I got on a trip home to Ireland 4 years ago. They're practically falling apart now because I have worn them into the ground but I'm still taking them to WDW on Saturday because they are the most comfortable footwear I own.

    Vistana Resort

We'll be staying there for the first time this coming Saturday. We booked this resort because it seems to have SO much for children to do. Lots of kiddie pools. I called their Diamond Lane check in facility and requested the Cascades section but they couldn't promise me anything so we'll just...

ID's for flying for kids? Birth certificates?

When I was booking our flights with Jetblue I was told I would need a copy of ds birth certificate because he's under 2 and flying free. Our other ds is is only 4 so we don't need anything for him. Check the website of the airline you're flying with. I'm sure they give the information...

The continuing bad news saga of L&M

I made my res directly through L&M and I have to say I'm starting to get really jittery. We go on Saturday and after all the mixed reports I'm thinking of getting a res with another company as a back up.

Bring the 18 month old or not?

We went last year with our 3 year old and left the baby with Nana and Pop. We're going again on 2/23 and taking the baby this time. He's 18 months. It will be a hassle but I swore I would never leave him behind again and I won't. He deserves to have fun too and I know he'll love it.
