The sign is made out of high density urethane (hdu) and carved from a file downloaded to a CnC machine. A lot of commercial outdoor signs are made of this material as it doesn't rot.

We always buy the ponies and heads at Walmart and take them down. They take up way too much room in the box. Both boxes are less than $20. It is one of the best disney deals around. Bring the toys and fill up with the accessories!!

My daughter does this each time she goes and has a blast!! The CMs are wonderful. She also got the minor characters (the cards from Alice in Wonderland) autographs and it was even better than the major characters....lots of interaction and plenty of pixie dust!!

If you go, get her a GAC card, it might help keep her out of the heat. For instance, at Spaceship Earth, you can wait inside at the exit while waiting to board instead of standing in line outside. I'd also go in the cooler months. Don't think its worth risking a health crisis in the hot months.
