We were at POP from Dec. 12-21. We used the bus to get to Epcot but took the skyliner back to POP during the day and close to park closing time. For us it was much better than walking all the way to the bus stop and waiting... We used Lyft one morning to get to DHS the day before the VQ...

I was discussing with my family that may be we should try to go bag free on our DHS to increase our chances of getting a a BG. Do you think that matters or are the bag check lines going pretty quickly?

Also, a couple in our group usually use a bag. If we don't bring bags, should we just leave the bag behind so we can go though the non bag entrance or are the bag lines pretty quick? A big thanks to everyone who is sharing their experiences!

Our group has 10 ppl at Pop and 2 at Boardwalk. Those at Boardwalk can walk over, right? How much is Uber/Lyft from Pop to DHS? Would we need 3 cars?

Why do the parking lots open so much earlier than the Disney buses start running. I feel like we are at a disadvantage by staying onsite without a car. I know we could use Uber or Lyft but we have 12 people and that just seems more complicated....
