Zebra Mickey Head

Hi all, does anyone have a Mickey Head (like the baseball or soccer ones maybe?) that's filled in with a zebra pattern? We are leaving for 6 days on Sunday, and I'd planned on appliqueing a mickey head with some fabric to dd9's t-shirt, but my appliqueing skills are...shall we say....lacking? I tried a search but didn't find anything....
