Zebra Dome

I keep hearing how amazing these are at BOMA. What exactly are they?

Its basically a chocolate-kahlua mouse on a light biscuit (?) base with a white and dark chocolate shell

White light cake, kahlua flavored mousse, covered in white chocolate with dark chocolate drizzle.

We had them at the AK food court and were not impressed.

Maybe it was the kahlua, but I thought it had a bit of a coffee taste.

I too found them overrated. They're also very small, bite sized. I read that they were larger until a couple years ago.

If you're going to Boma they're def. worth a try, but I wouldn't go there just for that.

But if you don't want to spend the money for Boma, just to try a zebra dome, they also sell them at Mara. A bowl of butternut squash soup and some zebra domes makes for a delicious and inexpensive meal.

thanks- we actually have a Boma ADR and I am so looking forward to trying it. We've always overlooked AKL area

We think they are delicious and a perfect little dessert to have while enjoying AKL!!

Here's a picture of a couple of Zebra Domes. They are one of my favorite WDW foods.

i also think they have a strong coffee taste, and even tho I try them every time, I just cant get excited about them....the oreos @ cape may on the other hand....yummy!! worth the price of admission right there

Yeah it is the kaluha that gives them that taste. Like a chocolate covered tiramisu
