Why not starting the the subject of everythread with YYYYMMDD (like in the DISmeet board)?
So clicking the "thread" word all the cruise meeting are listed in progressive order.

If everybody does like that clicking on the BLUE Banner, where the word THREAD is, the various thread are arranged in chronological order and everybody can find his cruise very easily
