I emailed Rabbit yesterday with several questions because we need to make some special transportation arrangements for our vacation. Well, he telephoned me tonight and everything is set for our upcoming trip! DH and I are very much looking forward to utilizing his service and thanking him for his wonderful customer service. This will be our first time using Yourride, and after speaking with Rabbit and hearing so many good reports here on the DIS, we are trusting that we are going to have a great experience!
