Your worst meal @ WDW and your best meal @ WDW...

worst: don't order pizza at the Concourse Steakhouse!

best: Victoria & Albert's Chef's Table

Worst was at Pizza Planet in MGM. Not that I expected much, but it wasn't good at all. The pizza was too tomato-y and doughy and the salad looked old.

Best was probably at the Mexican counter service restaurant (sorry - don't know the name) or at the BC character breakfast. Not much to compare to, though, because we did almost all counter service.

Best: Hmm, we have had so many...Garden Grille, The Plaza in MK, Planet Hollywood (I know some hate this), Rainforest Cafe in DTD, I could go on...

Worst: Definitely, The Odyssey Restaurant in Epcot...YUCK :crazy2: Just Awful. Nothing good about it. Even the soda was awful.

Best: California Grill Dinner
Beaches & Cream Lunch
Boma Breakfast

Worst: Sci-fi food was not good!

Worst: For me, it would be a toss-Up between Pinocchio Haus and Toy Story Pizza Planet. If I'm going to pay those lovely park prices, I'd just as soon go somewhere and be given a seat (not fight for it!) and the food is more than a slab of mediocre pizza or a hot dog and fries (I guess I'm just not into WDW counter service, although I do love a good Turkey Leg or an egg roll in MK!)

For DH he would probably say his worst was Coral Reef. He didn't care for the menu -- he's more of a meat/potatoes kinda guy -- and felt it was very overpriced. Came away hungry but light in the wallet.

BEST: For me, that would probably be Whispering Canyon (for dinner). I love those sorts of antics, I love the WL theming, and the ribs I had were plentiful and excellent. DH had an EXCELLENT pork chop dinner, too. THe only thing we didn't like were the gnarly little corn cobs they served, but that's easy enough to set aside! We went there on a last second decision and all 5 of us were VERY pleased!

DH may have a different opinion, though -- seems like he ranked Chef Mickey's slightly above WC, although they may have been verrrry close. We had a really awesome meal at CM's -- the food was VERY fresh, good service, and tons of character attention. What's not to love?!?

Best: BOMA
Worst: We are lucky as we have never had a really bad meal. Gra

Worst: Yakatori In Japan EWWWW nasty fast food, imitation japanese

Best: Tied between Dinner at Le Cellier and Lunch at Chefs de France

Worst: Sci-Fi Dine In Theater - MGM

Best: Fulton's Crab House - DTD - mmmmmm.

Worst---Brown Derby and Jiko's

Ah, finally someone who agrees with me. I had the worst, most ineatable meal of my life at the Brown Derby. That was over ten years ago and it was so bad that I have been unwilling to give the BD a second chance.

Le Cellier, great food and I have always had absolutly wonderful CM servers everytime. Love the soup and bread sticks and , oh yes , the entre's are excellent also.

Worst-El Pirata? Never again! Yucky food and sick all night.
Best-Prime Time Cafe' Lunch

best--CRT for dinner
DH votes for Jiko

worst--Yukitori (I know it's YAK)
and the Cantina in Mexico

Best - California Grill - every single meal was fantastic!
Worst - Artist Point and Boma - We will never eat at these places again!

Worst meal-Marakesh on our last trip. (We loved it on previous trips.) Food was too bland, used to be more flavorful! :(

Best meal-Ohana's!!!!!!!!!! YUM YUM and YUM!!!!!! Can't wait to go back!

Worst: Beaches and Cream (violent food poisoning, wouldn't eat there again if they paid me!) followed by San Angel Inn and Brown Derby.

Best: Jiko's, Le Cellier, and Citrico's - they were equally wonderful!

Erin :D

Worst: Prime Time at MGM

Best: Too numerous to mention

Worst: A tie between ABC Commissary and the Cantina in Mexico (never again).

Best: A tie between California Grill and 'Ohana. Apples and oranges, but both wonderful.

Worst - that counter service fish & chips place outside of Rose & Crown in the UK at Epcot...tasteless, soggy fish just dripping with oil, eeewwww!

Best - Garden Grill for dinner...we loved the food and the atmosphere and Mickey brought out a (free) cake for DH's birthday!

Best: Boma. We just loved it when we stayed at the AKL. Its a must do now! Thought Jiko was excellent too, and I have had two good meals at the Ca Grille in years past.

Worst: Honestly, I have never had a meal that I considered to be so substandard that I could put it in the "worst" category. We have been lucky - we have liked almost every place we tried, or at the very worst, we thought it was just "OK" but nothing that would qualify it for flames. The only meal that stands out in my mind that I didn't care for was Prime Time lunch - I didn't care for the menu and I don't like spending my meal having to react to "antics."
