I will be leaving in the morning and im wondering what the policeis is about bringing in snacks for my toddler like gronla bar and pb and J and fruit snack i brought water in before but dont know about food

I dont know the official policy, but from my experience and others reports you should have no problem bringing in snacks. I blieve you would be allowed to bring in sandwiches as long as they are put together, ie you can not bring sandwich fixings to make in the park. And as long as your food is of resonable quantity for the size of your party- they dont want you bringing in enough to sell.

We always bring snacks for DGD1. They are particular about the size of the "cooler" you bring. Someone else can chime in on the size, cause IDK :)
but I bring a soft sided, 6 pack soda size. :)
never had a problem only once a CM noted "my that's a lot for one little kid." Lol
I just said yup :) cause it really was but we didn't know how she would act and what she would want. We have it toned down now. A small thermos of milk a banana, muffin, goldfish and fruit snacks. :) of course we bring 3-4 waters wrapped in foil at the bottom of the stroller too. Just so I don't have to lug out the bag for security check :)

We are a kosher and partially gluten free family so if we want to eat we pretty much need to bring food. That said, I've never had a problem. We are a family of 5 and yesterday I brought in 5 boiled eggs, a bag of grapes, 5 apples, some jelly beans, gf pizza for all (12 slices total packaged into smaller portions), 3 single-serves of applesauce, 2 diet colas, 3 large bottles of water and the girls' canteens plus my normal baggie of snacks that I keep in the diaper bag. The pizza was packed into a 6-pack cooler and the rest into a larger soft cooler. It is like the size of a large purse.

We usually park in the seating area under Hungry Bear and eat, though once we ate while waiting for the parade.

The only thing they have ever said to us is no glass. We have had annual passes for about 10 years, and go often, and always have snacks with us. The one time they said something about the glass bottles, we were staying at the Grand Californian with concierge, and they have their sodas in glass bottles. After that, we learned to put the sodas in an empty water bottle, so that we could bring them in with a lid.

We have always taken baby food and toddler food into the parks. The last couple of trips we were loaded with food/drinks because the kids were little enough to sleep in stroller now we will head back to room for naps.

Snacks & drinks are totally fine. We're usually a large group so we bring in lots of edible goodies and drinks to help us get through the day. We've asked at the security check on more than one trip if what we had with us was ok, and we've always been told the same thing: yes, and no glass & no alcohol.

I've mentioned this before, and it's totally true, I once saw a lady try to bring in a bucket of KFC chicken, and it was denied. I've heard things about pre-made deli sandwiches, but it was more like 4th-hand information so I don't know about that or fast food, though we do bring in value menu chicken sandwiches in.

Things we usually have with us:

Several cans of soda
2-3 Powerade bottles
chips, cookies, pretzels
jerky, energy bars, nuts
bread rolls, candy, and a few hamburgers & chicken sandwiches concealed here and there.

I've never tried bringing in a mini 6-pack size cooler, I have this small neat cooler lunch carrier which I think I'll bring with me on my next trip.
