I find Spaceship Earth and Livin' with the Land very relaxing in general. The least relaxing is Tower of Terror.

I didn't even think about the Monorail! I used to love riding up front with monorail operator.

Tomorrowland Transit Authority. It is the people mover in Tomorrowland at MK

The people mover is the only ride I have ever thrown up on. Threw up on it at Disneyland when I was little and now I won't go back on it.
My most relaxing is Living with The Land. Maybe because the garden is my happy place at home.

ETA: Living with the Land is so relaxing that my wife fell asleep during the ride once. This was years ago when they still had a live tour guide on the boat. My wife was sound asleep and we were sitting right there under the tour guide's nose. Both the guide and I were trying our best to keep a straight face through the entire ride!

1) Living with the Land - especially the very beginning with the thunderstorm and the rainforest
2) Gran Fiesta tour - especially the beginning as you go by the restaurant and near the end with the electronic fireworks
3) Peter Pan's Flight
4) the queue for Nemo
